  1. Did you manage to find the problem and resolve it?
  2. We have a second line. Use if for testing things as if we were at home. Where does it say you aren't allowed a second line?
  3. We couldn't get ours working through SWGfL filtering. Even on the transparent proxy still would not allow you to sign in. SWGfL weren't very helpful about it so we have up
  4. Personally I wouldn't build a new domain, just start with fresh OUs and GPOs. That way no GUID are lost
  5. 1.Run: $users = Get-Mailbox 2.Run: foreach ($a in $users) {$a.emailaddresses.Add("$($a.alias)@newdomainname.com")} $users | %{Set-Mailbox $_.Identity -EmailAddresses $_.EmailAddresses} Assuming the bit before the @ is staying the same for everyone. Won't change the username, will just add an alias
  6. Switch provider then!
  7. Yes that it is. I always do it
  8. Is placing the PST on a network location support by MS? I thought they recommended not to?
  9. No same with me first time I had this. They opened everything and still didn't work. I requested transparent proxy and it just worked. https://nuancemobility.zendesk.com/entries/28344804-I-m-having-issues-connecting-through-a-proxy-or-firewall-What-can-I-do- last line states the proxy must be transparent to the app
  10. You "buy" it through the ESI. It's free but will allow internet connection without the need for proxy. Speak to SWGfL if you have any questions
  11. Can only comment as a supplier but these screens are great. Compared to other screens we have sold in the past they are of a much higher build quality. Not much else to say really. No issues at all with the ones we've sold
  12. Last time I used it Dragon does not support Proxy servers. Only way around it is to use the SWGfL Transparent Proxy
  13. You can do it under Group Policy Preferences by creating a File Options setting
  14. There is an easy fix for this provided by Microsoft.
  15. I thought that firstly you need the Smart Notebook license (about £300) and then Advantage to have newer version and support. The Advantage is a fixed price regardless of hardware I think
  16. Yeh so products that don't come with it Obviously Smart panels do but so can BenQ and VividTouch screens. Price wise the others are generally cheaper than Smart (well until you posted that link)
  17. Same Wifi but are they the same encryption methods?
  18. Is that correct? I though even with Smart products you need to buy Notebook Advantage?
  19. What was the price. The VividTouch 55in can be bought for about £1,500 and has 3 years Smart Notebook Advantage
  20. I would hope education would get a good discount off that as other retailers are doing the same screen for £700 less and with 3 year Notebook
  21. Is it a .sch.uk address? If not check the emails of the admin account as MS may have emailed a form to be completed
  22. Have Microsoft approved you as education establishment?
  23. I need to move 5 Office 365 tenants into a single one. I am aware that I need to remove all traces of the domains in the original tenants but just wondered if anyone has done this before? When it comes to migration, which method would I choose?
