Interactive Panels, several demos in....

We had about a 40% failure rate on the AlphaTouch we sold. Staying away from them now as couldn't open one without worrying if it would work or not. Also one school had a faulty Android so it was taken away and last I heard hadn't been returned over 4 weeks later. Be careful with them is all I would say. -
I see your in Devon. May be able to help you out.

Age it sure, about 4 years probably. I'll see if the console output gives any more info.

Problem with sharing it from an account is that the file belong to the owners account. What you are trying to do is what Sites is for, but it can be a bit long winded to get those files. Sorry not much help, just confirming what you already know really.

I wouldn't RAID 5 with just 3 disks, I would RAID 6 as you suggest

This will be sorted in Win 10

I went to an event on Thursday where they said that when updates are released you will have 120 days to install them. If you don't, you will be classed as unsupported and support will not be available. Some exceptions apply, for critical systems where updates need to be tested. An example was power stations.

It's what they have been saying all along really. All future versions will just be offered as upgrades.

Multiple schools in single academy - Single Domain?
snagrat replied to snagrat's topic in How do you do....it?
Yes thought about that. Not a bad idea and would save on upload bandwidth. Would you recommend one or two normal DCs in Azure? -
Activating and setting the proxy allowed AirPlay to work

Multiple schools in single academy - Single Domain?
snagrat replied to snagrat's topic in How do you do....it?
I've thought more about this. What if we had a DC in Azure, and a DC in each school, this would create a single domain without the need for a faster connection between the school. Obviously data wouldn't replicate, but if it it is Office 365 then that's fine. -

That price of £25 is only if you have current Smart hardware or have previously purchased Smart Notebook separately. Otherwise it will cost you £300 per non Smart device initially, and then £25 per year -
Nothing internal should be blocking the Bonjour ports. Yes we use a proxy but Bonjour should not need access to the internet does it?
