Yeah, different licenses allow for different features like removing the cloud login requirement. My Corel licence doesn't allow you to create an MSI deployable! You can go through the motions but it fails! spent 2 weeks figuring that one out! I love the HP G5 USBC dock but they were on backorder and over priced, today I was ransomed that I could have the 10 I ordered but for £270 ex each! (£109 inc rrp). I'd already agreed to pay £150 ex for them 3 months ago! So f that! I now have £1500 and need 10 USB-C docks please, who's happy with theirs? (maybe a Dell or Lenovo) Power Delivery, HDMI, 3.5mm, network are required but more is better.

if you are using SDS then there is a roll over procedure. this will re-name all current teams (expire) and create new teams with the same names. Move all the new pupils to the new teams and set read only permissions to the now renamed expired teams so pupils can access old work.

I don't know the switch in question but does it not have a com port for a serial putty connection? (rj45 com port maybe in dual personality?)

I got a light field camera from ebay a few years ago as I love gadgets and strange technology! I've discovered 4 dynabooks now with duff batteries I can't get a warranty repair, so they're DOA scrap! (were discovered immediately, 2 just now on the unlocks as the parents assumed we nerfed the batteries they said nothing. what about starlink? doesn't cellular data have quite bad latency in spite of the bandwidth? (making videos calls bad and the experience sluggish)

my Newline RS 75" interactive was only £1175 so it wasn't much more than a non-interactive and non-domestic display anyway. it comes with a 5 year on-site warranty as well.

surely if it was flagged it'd arrive with a header and the violation of sorts and wouldn't contain the contents of the email. (like the GDPR stuff) The user says they didn't sent it to me or the admin email. We are in a few teams groups together but not exclusively. maybe an email got bounced and they started a reply using the bounce?!>!

I did a message trace, the user had sent it to my mailbox but using the name (admin@domain) this was marked as "resolved" in the trace, then I appear later (myname@domain). the admin@ is just one of many names for my mailbox (for certs and stuff) so I don't know why it didn't still show as "Mr myname" as a recipient, still that is an oddity. EDIT: The message trace said it was re-directed to me from the admin@ account. I sent from an external email account directly to admin@ and this was also re-directed BUT it correctly showed "mr myname" I'm wondering what kind of user error could have caused this. The admin@domin isn't on the gal and can't be searched. although listed as one of my smtp. (you'd have to dig)

I have a sensitive email that has appeared in outlook. What I can't fathom is why. I'm not listed as a recipient. (nor any of my other pseudonyms) I can see all 3 recipients (1 to and 2 CC'd) and the sender of course, they're all logical single user accounts belonging to real staff. (not groups or shared) I've looked at the email properties and I still can't see my account as a recipient. Any other ideas how I can see this email? Why is it in my inbox? The nature of the email is also quite sensitive. (not enough to be encrypted)

Yeap, those M1 Processors are amazing. I lust after the new ipad pro 12" with the fancy display. but these PCs just need to office and surf so the i3 will do. plus the i3 badge will serve and anti theft deterrent.

The flagship i7-4770k beaten by a budget PC. The i3 only has a single stick of ram but does use an ok Nvme drive which can do 2000/1000GB (so better than my sata based SSD in the i7) also included in the picture is the new mobile i5-1135G7 that came with the ProBook G8 we got this year, smoking the 10th gen i5-10210U (only 576 points) from the G7. What a load of power to have on mobile, truly fewer compromises these days.

I've got contact cleaner, USBC is quiet sensitive to dirt and this has fixed numerous issues with our HP Docks. looks like a bit of the shielding, if you have a pin you could try and bend it out of the way (with power off). all the important stuff is in the middle bit. usbc is designed to wear out the plug not the socket but I figured at some point I'd be soldering new sockets. I also have the probook G7 and 8 so maybe I'll run into this next year.

is the tick on both hands? it only takes a while to get used to using a mouse with the other hand. (unlike handwriting) I can use a mouse with both now (can't write with both) I can't game lefty it but everyday navigation is no trouble. also (as above) keyboard shortcuts with the use of the "alt" key (which highlights menu options) can compliment mouse navigation.
