I am installing a new SIMS.net server as a test, I am using the Spring 2012 setups folder to install from but I keeping getting the same problem every time. Server 2008 R2 64bit Installed SQL Express 2008 R2 Run Simsinst The configure SIMS.net windows pops up asking me to change the sysman password, I enter in the password I want and it displays the error "cannot find table 15" Anyone know what I am doing wrong as it's annoying me now, I literally want t install the server and restore a backup using the sims system manager restore tool, if that's possible.

Seems to restart after doing that once discharging the Caps, can't be PSU as I hve swapped it and tested both and both are fine, so must be MB, will check it tomorrow . Nice one Synack.

Here is the scenario, when I shutdown my work PC at the end of the day it refuses to switch back on in the morning. I can get it to switch on by doing one of the following things and this seems to be on a bi weekly rotation: 1. Take out the fuse in the power lead and put it back in, will not switch on, however, if I take out the fuse and using a multimeter carry out a circuit continuity test to test the fuse, put the fuse back in it starts straight away. 2. When that fails I unplug the ATX plug from the main board, plug in an ATX power Supply tester and everything shows as fine, plug the ATX plug back in and it start straight away. I have changed the power supply and the same thing happens. Anyone have any idea whats going on?

We just use first initial Surname : - FSurname. If we get a dupe we just add a middle initial, FDSurname.

The students have been really good with them and the duck is totally fine with the students, amazing really.

Thanks all a lot to look at, I was hoping to get some sort of battery powered unit, as when the power is off none of the network monitoring units will work. I want a visual, audible alarm that would indicate to caretakers walking past that there is a problem and to contact IT. Over the break we had a power cut which in turn left the server room air-con switched off, the first I knew was when I popped in 4 days later to do something and nearly passed out in the 50+ degree heat in the server room. I want to create an early warning system but know nothing about electronics ( I am adept at following instructions though) Is anyone able to help me out by designing a plan to build from parts a temp sensor with a theshold level with alarm and flashing light that I can get from say maplins? I know it's a big ask, but would appreciate any help.

We use Ruckus and have a WPAD file on the controller, they released it recently although we beta tested the first version of it.
