Hi mate, There are only 32 clients in that room, the ruckus should be able to easily handle these, infact they were fine last year, the only change made this summer is that I am part of the beta running version 9.2.0.0 build 80. The clients are very slow at logging on and taking up to 20 mins to log in if at all, odd clients are picking up other APs.

I am having a problem with laptops connecting to AP's all over the place, rather than connect to the AP in the room, they are picking AP's on the other side of the site. Anyone know how to resolve this on Ruckus? Thanks

If you have a volume licensing agreement you can download legitimate ISO's of all your licensed software ( I assume the ISO's you are refering to are pirated ones). If you do not have a volume agreement you may have to bite the bullet and buy a new copy.

Thinking of upgrading the colour printers in our IT rooms and was looking for a recommendation, we currently use HP CP2600's which are not cost effective and do not support Server 2008 very well. Must be HP. Thanks

Had a slight problem, I deleted the routing connectors between the 2003 and 2010 servers and no mail flow, I recreated the connector on the 2003 routing to the 2010 and the 2003 server hung on Applying Computer Settings on re-boot. I then found the code to re-create the interop connectors between the 2 servers from the 2010 server and now the 2003 server boots, I have gone to disable the send connector on exchange 2003 but only have the option to delete it, which I am hesitant to do.

I have not disabled the 2003 send connector yet, the address space is "*". All the mailboxes are over and we don't use public folders, is there no way to force 2010 outof co-existant mode

Hi all, I am having a slight problem with my exchange migration. I believe I have done everything in the instructions, I have been sat in happy co-existant mode for a few months now with everything working fine. I decided that I now want to no longer co-exist and move fully over to 2010. Our set up is as follows: External MX Record runs through to our Barracuda spam filter which in turns is set to deliver mail to the 2010 server. If I switch off the 2003 server I can send email internally and can also send mail out to external contacts but I can not seem to get incoming external mail to the outlook client. It hits the barracuda and shows delivered. If I switch on the 2003 server mail flows inwards again. Anyone point me in the right direction please? Cheers.

We use a 2 domain system here, Curriculum and Admin. It works well, I may consider joining them next year when we go to Win 7.

Rubbish, as said before fiddling/claiming expenses is a world of difference, for a start it does notreallt impact on peoples lives in the grand scheme of things where as rioting/looting/arson etc has a massve impact on everyones daily lives.

Does anyone here get invloved in filming editing and selling DVD's of school productions. What kit do you use? Having filmed the school production last night on an 8 year old camcorder the footage is rough to say the least, if we were thinking of settingup filming properly with a view to selling decent quality DVD's what would we need? I am looking to streamline the way we do things and insert a more procedural way of working here after a long time of Fire fighting and ad hoc reaction to problems. Agreed and to be honest if she has played with the Iphone the Ipad would be nothing new to her, just larger. I am pretty sure you could teach a 5 year old to use a laptop just as intuitively, My 5 year old daughter was playing around with powerpoint and embedding videos and music into it.

But if the designer intended you to view something in flash you won't be able to see it on an IPad, regradless of te monitor/Ipad size.
