  1. It may take time. I’ve always created contacts and added them.
  2. What would £45k get you?
  3. Indeed. The first picture was hire only so no use to me. I just wanted reassurance the second cable, which I can buy, is suitable.
  4. Or this? https://www.stage-electrics.co.uk/shop/sales/extension-cables/control/cables---din-analogue/product.aspx?code=609-5741&nr=true
  5. Can anyone identify this cable, is it 8 pin Din Analogue Control cable such as this? 10m 8 Pin Din Analogue Control Cable, Viking Lighting
  6. I think you can use any printer, we certainly did back in the day when we printed cheques. Are you using the A4 sheets?
  7. How much do these value added services add to the cost of the broadband? Would you mind PM’ing or posting?
  8. Stand by for the incoming 'your cancellation notice must be received no sooner than 120 days prior to renewal but not less than 90 days prior to renewal' to stop that happening. I have suppliers who do this and think it's crafty.
  9. I’m not even sure it’s feedback they’ve been given; it’s called the law. Honour suggests Smoothwall are doing customers a favour. Glad they’ve back pedalled though for all concerned. Success. [emoji106]
  10. Mail Merge through Word or something?
  11. There's no mention of being able to leave penalty free through, as a result of this change. Surely Smoothwall will have had somebody check this over legally before they announced it?
  12. Thought as much... so if you’re on the old terms I would be arguing the above if you choose to cancel in the future. I’m sure Smoothwall will be along to comment soon enough.
  13. I'd be interested to know how they could do that mid-contract and force you to agree it, especially as it is to your detriment? Anybody have any legal contacts who could advise? If it's that easy to change contractual terms and conditions they could do anything at any point.
  14. How can they change it part way through, unless I've misunderstood?
  15. Blank database may be to do with the fact the software can work offline and then sync with the master database again when it reconnects.
  16. Next week they will be posted, Shaun said. Just need to be edited first.
  17. I know of a few. It seems to do the trick but as pointed out probably because it’s just a customised version of an already established product.
  18. At least more progress has been made with regards to FMS and they now have cloud based SIMS Finance.
  19. Is it being streamed? Edit: Sorry, just found the answer in the link.
  20. We pay about £80 a month, averaging about 30 hours a month on calls.
  21. None of these are cheap or free. Are you primary or secondary?
  22. Fairly straight forward pricing and information from this supplier here. https://www.dial9.co.uk/voip-sip-trunks/pricing
  23. Can you summarise any changes? Hope they release a friendly PDF!
  24. Who are people using for standard line rental and what sort of price are you paying monthly? Edit: For services that need analogue line, such as alarms.
