Perhaps because it is set in the File menu as per my last post? Looking at your screenshot, File should be blue button top left. -
Office 365 Email Encryption for Outlook
Edu-IT replied to discoveranother's topic in How do you do....it?
Does this work? Encrypt a single message In message that you are composing, click File > Properties. Click Security Settings, and then select the Encrypt message contents and attachments check box. Compose your message, and then click Send. You can also create a mail rule so a word in the subject encrypts it automatically. I.e **ENCRYPT** -
Everyone? I know of at least 3 people in our school who don’t. In addition, a lot of our staff keep their phones in their lockers. For this reason, emergency lighting can be useful.
-
New builds would have emergency lighting though that needs 240v to charge?

Understandable. Keep us update if/when it goes commercial.

@Marci Is it a project you could share?

Does any school currently use an electronic system for recording First Aid / Near Miss etc and if so, can you recommend?

I think you pay delivery this way though? It’s free through their website. It may have changed.

How many SIP trunks/channels do I need???
Edu-IT replied to fiza's topic in Mobile Devices & Tablets
It is sometimes the case that you have to buy a calls bundle per handset, so there may be truth in this. Depends on the supplier. Not all pool the minutes. -
We use Cartridge Save. Amazon Business allows you to pay by PO. You should look in to that. It’s fab. http://www.amazon.co.uk/business

Anyone had problems with the software today in terms of it being slow / unresponsive / reconnecting? Trying to work out whether it's specific to our site.

When will there be news on what has been worked on over Summer? -
Do you have a secondary method of raising the alarm in case the VOIP service is unavailable, for example? Just out of interest given the potential risks with the pool.

When you say it takes hours, have you tried uploading the payments file then going to the payments management page and hitting refresh? I think there’s a confirmation dialogue that comes up when you upload a file, clear that off first.

Yes, very recent change. The emails go to a generic mail address with the form contents displayed in the body and there is a link to download it in PDF form too. They must have weighed up the risks and deemed it acceptable. I was surprised they were doing it this way.

Interesting. Our LA have switched to using JotForm for all HR changes (New starters, change of bank, change of address etc) and I know for sure these are sent to an email address.

Paxton readers inside and outside the classroom...
Edu-IT replied to rad's topic in Physical Security
I didn’t know about the rule option where a card can permanently lock and permanently unlock a door. Thanks. The point I was getting at - before I knew of using a card to lock and unlock - is that if you want the doors to be locked during lessons, you would have to set a schedule to open the door at the start of the lesson then lock it again a few minutes later. Then repeat throughout the day. -
Doesn't always show the full subject (or clearly show) on tablets, mobiles etc though particularly with how long it would be?

Yes, the reader is only on one side. Inside remains a handle that can be used at all times.
