  1. Lots of parents complaining about this as they have family groups etc It'll be annoying for me as I use it for a group message for my Explorers if they do manage a way to block under 16s using it, it means myself and probably thousands of others will have to use another service.
  2. Being a dyslexic it took me years to be able to read an analogue clock properly. Now I struggle with it sometimes but using a digital 24 hour clock has been much easier to read.
  3. As others have said use a well known site like Google Forms or Survey Monkey. We use Survey Monkey here every time there is a survey in school as it records and produces graphs etc for you. With Survey Monkey you can make it so that the link can be only answered once which would solve your problem of Schools forwarding it on to others. As others have said, please use our insider knowledge to your advantage to succeed with your data gathering
  4. answered. I wanted more options of animals though.
  5. Apparently he was suffering from ill health. Used to love watching supermarket sweep. I sometimes pretend im on it if I need to do shopping quickly.
  6. According to a training day I went to, There are more than two genders.... But also sexuality is nobodies business too. I am quite happy to let people know Im a straight male but I have a friend who does not disclose he is gay to anybody except close friends and family. I also know of one teacher who is transitioning but its currently under wraps at their request.
  7. I'm hoping for that day too! Seen quite a few things and go to post them but @Arthur has already got there!
  8. I dont think it will bother them at all. The Wetherspoons in my town is always packed. The best thing they did as a company was their app to order food and drink. When ever I go there now thats all I do as its quicker than queuing up at the bar
  9. If anyone rings and it's not emergency issue I always politely ask them to put all details in an email and send to help desk. Usually works. Plus my memory is rubbish so I always tell people to email so it reminds me and it's been logged.
  10. The bit about penis graffiti was also quite entertaining! Having the professionals interviewed with the questions was funny
  11. I see this regularly happen and I don't have any Facebook app installed. I'm not too worried about it. They sometimes can be subtle reminders that I need to buy that product!
  12. reimaging laptops Checking classrooms
  13. We then split the cost according to the time table where the remote has gone missing in the first place.
  14. Charge the replacement remotes to departments. They either dont lose them or they do but dont get a replacement as the department wont buy one.
  15. Raining today in my part of Kent, Wore my Gore-Tex today
  16. Guardians of the Galaxy. Not a fan of the film, bit of action entwined with a bit of comedy. If the comedy wasn't there I think I would have switch it off.
  17. I put it in modem mode and it caused all sorts of issues so put it back in normal mode and disabled it from broadcasting wifi. My house has the VM SH and connected to that is a Google wifi and one in my bedroom. Ive run network cables from the SH to switches in my house so that my xbox and a few other things can be wired. All seems to work really well, never had an issue since i set it up this way and the Google wifi covers my whole house with the two APs.
  18. The vast majority of primary schools do not have a Technician, just a teacher who knows a little bit more than others, I doubt that they would go to all the trouble of setting up equipment just to click on a link to see what it is when policies are to not click on links from unknown sources.
  19. My School does not have KS2 students, We however do have equipment we could set up but that would take time to do and then time to wipe after. Add that to the time it takes for other staff to collate the data then the time all adds up. As others have said with guest networks. We still havent received the FOI yet so either the email you have of ours is wrong or been deleted by filters or maybe even you havent sent it to us yet.
  20. Nearest place to me is Canterbury at 45th. Which is quite funny as it's a local joke round here that Canterbury has is own climate as quite often it's raining on the center on Canterbury and no where else within a 30 mile radius! I own a lot of Gore-Tex too. Good stuff it is. Especially in the hills.
  21. I was forced to buy an expensive pair in the local show shop as my last pair broke and the shops in town were closed. Probably the best money ive spent on work shoes, they were around £50 for a pair of Padders. The only issue ive got is that they are a bit scuffed but are so comfortable. had them for about 2 years.
