Every student and teacher has an email on our domain. All communications is done via email or in Show My Homework about homework.

Parents are supposed to ring up here and then its recorded on SIMS which means there is no paper to be stored.

A few pictures from my trip to the Brecon Beacons hill walking. The three below are all before and after climbing up Pen-Y-Fan.

Ive used MFP since 2013 I think on and off but ive recently been writing it all down in notes and taking pictures on my phone. Along with recording the food via the app its helped me to be more focused. Also I joined a Facebook group where they remove you from the group if you dont post your daily log for eating/exercise in the group for more than two days running without a reason why. It has annoyed some people but they were the rules! At the end of January they will pick a winner and that winner gets a £50 gift card of their choice. So that has been helping motivate me to be accountable.

Well ive lost 3.8lbs so far since January 1st!

I can't remember if it was virgin cola or another alternative but it used to give my friend diarrhoea. Apparently Coke is good for cleaning toilets!

This year its actually working for me to keep fit, recording everything I do in My Fitness Pal along with food. I seem to be more motivated to lose weight. Might be because im 30 in July and dont want to be obese!

I'm not a Dr Who fan but watched the Christmas episode with my parents. They both enjoyed it because of the links to older series and want it to happen more.

Have a look at the original Pixel phone, A year old and still gets updates. Not as high end specs but still a stock Android phone. Ive had it since launch and it is still as good as new.

Well I got rid of the computer and tablet and bought a Dell XPS 15 Still do a lot on my phone but try and do more on my laptop.

Has this raffle been done before? Maybe its a test on all of his/her staff.
