I agree, we do this in our hall if they want to do lessons with half or whole of a year group

I dont get invites to such elaborate events! I was bright eyed and bushy tailed when I put the projector in!

Plot twist: Just been down to the projector and the bluring/ghosting has mostly gone. Asked the teacher to keep an eye on it.

It's probably more ghosting than a blur. It all goes off to the right. Same size. Will be checking the cable today

its a brand new projector straight from the box, no fingers touched it. its just writing that is affected.

if those headphones are true then I know what I am spending my money on!

It wasn't reported on the old projector but I will check with the teacher. I only noticed it when the new projector was plugged in. yep focus dial checked, I will try and get a picture today. will try running a cable straight from the projector Thanks

yep all cables connected properly. might be up in the ceiling as its near a light.

Hi All, I have a room where I have replaced the projector and the words on anything shown on the projector have a blurry shadow after them. They are fine on any laptop connected to the projector. I have replaced the VGA cable from the laptop to wall box. Short of ripping out and replacing all cables, is there anything I can do first? Thanks in advance.

Ours is 15 minutes I think. But educating teachers on keeping laptops/pcs locked when not in use is much longer! We regularly find in holidays staff leaving laptops on show in classrooms etc when they are told to lock/hide them away in cupboards.

The primary school I used to work at had: Met Office - Used for weather obviously but also in Science. CBBC - most of these for Reception, Y1 & 2 Duolingo - learning languages They had a few educational games but I cant remember them

Anybody having issues with SHMW since their issues. so far we have: - New users cannot log in - classes being doubled up - Teachers cannot see previous homework or grades - Students do not appear in classes Ive rung SMHW repeatedly but nothing seems to be resolved yet

We get that issue with PowerPoint, usually restarting it works. But you probably have tried that.

our licensing allows students and staff to get office for a tenner. Not sure if you can get it free but a tenner is probably cheapest they go.
