I wouldn't say its secure at all. I always collect my boss's stuff from his pigeon hole and then give it to him back in the office. What is going to stop somebody just taking out someones letter and reading it?

I work in an urban school, posted one thing already You get that in urban schools too but across the school. One school I used to work at there were at least 10 families all with the same surname that were all related via two brothers with multiple kids.

Just having a quick Google it appears that you cannot use any of the graphics from the West End show or logos. So looks like you'll have find a school that did it and ask them for thier visuals or create your own.

That was cool but I doubt we will see it for a while and you'd probably have to set the place you are callings number in the assistant before it works properly. I'm guessing it works off your calendar, what happens if you havent put something in it and it books you in so you are double booked. - just answered my own question in my head. what happens after they go into the office?? We do a weekly log and send it to the head teacher. We dont actively search but just on walkabouts fixing classroom issues.

We have Bios and bitlocker EDIT: The users dont need to put a password in the bios, we just have it so they cant do anything. Bitlocker is done with a usb key.

Hi All, We have been asked to look into Google Apps. One of the questions we have is can you sync the network drive within Google apps and sync it so the version online is the same as the version on the network drive. Thanks in advance
