If you have bought the licences then Promethean should be able to let you know if you give them a call. But as far as I recall the licenses were per board when I worked in a school with Activ Inspire.

After many attempts and getting error 0xC004F035 but not being able to resolve the issue Ive found in an hour long internet search that I should try and input a MAK Key rather than KMS (our licence is MAK) and then change the key back again. I couldn't find a list of MAK keys like Microsoft put out a KMS list. So if anyone knows of the list can they link it here id be very grateful. Thanks

Yeah nothing is working for us, just comes up with an error, research the error and its just about the update to uninstall. The update is uninstalled and many restarts later a few of our laptops are not working.

I dont think ive ever worked in a school with VHS player! My last school had a VHS to DVD recorder but that was never used.

Revision classes every day all day. I had a plan to go through every computer room and upgrade Ram, check KB/M and general software updates. Not going to get chance for that now. Can't wait for when they start moaning next term about state of rooms!
