  1. I would do it by regedit - and you need to delete the corrupt profile from the server or it will just be pulled down again the next time the person logs on

  7. My present to me was to have my French horn, Henry, serviced and sorted out. It wasnt cheap but now he is dent free, with very free moving valves and lovely shiny brass
  8. @cheaptonersucks Do you run a script to delete profiles on log off? We do on fixed PCs and rarely have any issues on them. It is teacher laptops that have the corruption
  9. Sleet. Lots of sleet.
  10. I hesitate to say this - but I have always had roaming profiles and very very few problems over the years - have to delete a corrupt profile now and again but it takes seconds
  11. Daughter stuck in Berlin as Stansted closed. Ryanair didnt bother to tell them until after they had got to the airport. Theyve been in the queue for an hour and a half. Gone off snow a bit They are putting people on Standby for tomorrows 6pm flight. So they might not get on that. She is due back at work on Tuesday and has no more holiday she can take
  12. I hate you all We have rain. And it is cold but not very very cold. On Friday it snowed (very wet snow, but snow all the same) for about 5 minutes. That's it Still raining

  14. Moving - by Jenny Eclair I didnt know she was an author. She is very good. It is the story of Edwina, an old lady who is alone and deciding to sell her London house. It goes back into her past, and the past of her twin children, stepson and family. It is SO well written I really dont want to put it down

  22. Blimey - a bit unsuitable these days......
  23. Justice League Not great until over half way through when there suddenly seemed to be a bit of coherence. Having the main villain as CGI didnt help either
