In short - we know these are challenging and uncertain times for us all. It's not "business as usual" but we're working remotely to support all of our clients to the best of our abilities. We want you to know that at this important time you can count on Net-Ctrl to take appropriate steps to be there to support and protect your business. We have in place a remote workplace environment allowing communications and business processes to be managed outside of a formal office setting. We are committed to ensuring there is minimal disruption to our clients and the services we provide to you. Please continue to use our support and sales services should you need to call on them. We are engaged with all our manufacturers to ensure support matters are dealt with and equipment reaches those that need it. If you have a remote working solution with Net-Ctrl, including Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Gemalto/Thales and Pulse Secure, and you’re unsure of the remote working capabilities, please contact your Account Manager who will be able to assist. In some instances these providers are offering free services during this period – so again, contact your Account Manager who can advise you on the specifics. In addition, if you currently don’t have a remote working solution in place and are in need of assistance, we are well placed to assist you. Stock for solutions are still slowly coming into the UK, so while there may be some shortages, we are confident that whilst working with our distribution partners and manufacturers we can minimise the disruption. Our knowledge of the COVID-19 outbreak is changing every day and I know each of you is also having to make adjustments in real-time to protect interests of your own businesses, and colleagues. Not really a review, but we haven't ever come up against them, or heard of them in competitive bids with Ruckus. Just checked on the Ruckus partner locator and they don't seem to be listed against either name so it would appear that they're not an accredited partner. Hello all, Just a reminder for anyone using the Ruckus ZoneDirector 1100 that it will be End-of-Support on the 30th June 2020. The EOL notification was released for the 1100 series on the 30th June 2015. From the 30th June 2020 you will no longer be supported on this management console. If you're still using your 1100 series and would like to discuss upgrade options, please send me a PM. There are a number of options available that will be supported with additional discounts available for clients in this position.

One of our key focus for BETT 2020 is lockdown solutions to serve different demands and environments. At BETT 2020 we will be showcasing a selection of wireless, IP and wired lockdown solutions that ensure your staff and students are alerted of any potential threat situation, and to comply with some of the latest safety standards. There are different versions that come with the 2 or 4 x 10G ports ready to go - these are just the base versions with the 4 x 1G ports

Hello, We have a few Ruckus ICX 7150 24 port PoE switches for sale - these have not been used but boxes have been opened. These are £550 each, plus delivery. These are each licensed for 4 x 1GbE uplink/stacking ports - these can be upgraded to 2 or 4x 10GbE ports through an additional license sold separately. They have 370W PoE budget.
