A consideration - does the AP in question happen to be your 'Master' AP? You should be able to see the designated Master AP in your admin settings.

I am sure this is all covered but on the off-chance as you mentioned power - if you're using injectors for the R650s they will need to be PoE+ for full functionality.

Hi all, For anyone currently running a Ruckus SmartZone/virtual SmartZone - we're currently running free trials of Ruckus AI as a way to run free network health and optimisation checks. No commitments or obligations - just a way to utilise Ruckus AI to review your network and make any highlighted changes. In general terms, this trial will support network management in three areas: The management of the RF environment through seamless channel planning across all Wi-Fi frequency bands, and it continuously monitors the RF environment for interference issues. Monitors the network for issues. This function helps the network run smoothly and remain optimised. Troubleshooting and remediation. Helps identify network incidents, determine user impact, and provides comprehensive solution options. We have been working with Legrand on UPS provision and have been impressed with them. They offer 3 year warranty on all HW, free UK-based tech support and free monitoring software. Pricing has been coming out very competitively as well. Please let me know if you would like some more info. As well as supply of new UPS equipment, we can also do surveys of existing deployments to determine health, and maintenance contracts for existing UPS solutions, regardless of manufacturer.

We can arrange for you to test some Verkada trial equipment in your own environment and play around with the alerts/management functionality. Wi-Fi only ones are going to be tricky to get right - typically, bathrooms are out-of-scope for WI-Fi deployments, and the environment is harsh on Wi-Fi with cubicle design. Verkada/HALO are both PoE - the downside being they are more expensive and you have to allow for cabling into an environment that may not have accessible/available Data Points. If you would like to discuss Verkada and our approach - send me a PM and I can arrange this for you. Regardless of the route - a really key thing to get right is to have discussions on the 'Why' with all levels at the school and effective communication of this to staff, students, parents. COuple with - a clear plan of who is dealing with the alerts, and what happens next.

Boxphish have some workaround options, including masked URL simulations. If you want to reach out to your Boxphish contact, they’ll be happy to jump on a call and discuss further, or if not sure who that might be send me a PM and I can relay the request and ask them to get in touch. If Boxphish is a new solution to you, I am sure they could run through some user training etc and work with you to get this performing better for you.
