  1. By law, you are required to turn on your headlights if it's raining in Sweden. How am I supposed to know if it's raining in Sweden?
  2. Wow, thank you all very much for your help. I'll take a look through these.......
  3. Morning, I created all my new year 7 accounts over the summer, which then sync'd up to O365 and created all of those accounts for me. For "reasons", all the year 7 accounts were removed from AD. They are now re-created in AD but of course the sync process sees them as different enough accounts that it wants to create new ones, but is complaining about duplicates already being in O365 as of course the names already exist. Can I tie the two together somehow, or am I better just deleting them from O365 and letting them be re-created by the sync process? I suspect the latter...... Stuart
  4. Had a bad day...... I paid a joiner to make me a double bed, and he's done a bunk! It's just one thing on top of another!
  5. Tried a different account and found it all now! Thank you.
  6. All I can see is; admin.microsoft.com > Billing > Your products And then it lists my O365 apps (A1 faculty, A1 students etc.) but Volume Licensing is just not mentioned. I am a global admin.
  7. I can't find Volume Licensing anywhere in my M365 Admin Centre and could really do with a product key. I know it was there. Did something change, or have I inadvertently (not) done something? Stuart
  8. Quick update we got yesterday; Would have been good to have been told this when they first found out, we've been 'mentioning' it to them for over a fortnight, plus isn't that what the "Recent News" section of the hub is for?
  9. This is with the team, and it is through that ticket that the representative has literally said he doesn't know what to do next, both yesterday and again this morning when I chased it. I'll PM you.
  10. We are with SBB and the IP we go out through is on blocklists somewhere. If I try and send to hotmail.com, I get this bounce; To me, that is saying that SBB's IP is the issue, but they don't know how to sort it out. We found the form at https://olcsupport.office.com/, and also lots of articles from people saying that form doesn't work. Where do I go next? We are also unable to receive emails from a number of places. I'm hoping that getting this sorted will then resolve the incoming issues too somehow! Thank you
  11. Yep, we've been complaining about this very issue for weeks with them and getting nowhere...... On top of other issues which are also going nowhere........
  12. Is this your own NetSweeper setup, or through a provider's config like SchoolsBroadband?
  13. But they do offer a static IP for a one off payment of about a fiver if that's of interest?
  14. Just run that and it talked a lot about updating OWA to version 14.3.513.0 (which is the version it's complaining about in it's error message) and it seemed to complete successfully. Still getting the same though.
  15. I've tried rebuilding the directories. It's Exchange 2010 SP3, which is a whole other conversation, but it's where we are at the moment.......
  16. We've had quite the config change here and I'm now battling with Exchange. Outlook is working for people where it was already configured, but OWA won't log in. Any user, whether they get the password wrong or right, immediately gets; When they try and log in. Lots of baffling things found through Google. Anyone got any suggestions please? Thank you Stuart
  17. Just called them as we have no internet access through our admin proxy (31395) and the guy said they're having all sorts of problems today. I suggested perhaps putting something on the news on their hub might prevent some phone calls......
  18. I set up another email address on my mailbox and register with that, then after BETT I remove the email address again.
  19. I always hit Start and type "View advanc" by which time it has suggested "View advanced system settings" and I do it in there..... I can never find it either.
  20. So basically, they block the word "adult" so that you can't search for it and their suggestion if you don't want that happening is to add the word to your own list, but if you add any words to your own lists then ANY search or URL that contains the word "adult" is then allowed? Going on past experiences, I'm guessing this post with generate a DM from SchoolsBroadband with promises to sort stuff, and then you won't hear from them for weeks........
  21. Yep, done all that. Also tried a dongle from a known good.
  22. I've done that, but it's not got any better. Every time I add the hidden WLAN, it adds and works perfectly. Reboot, doesn't connect. The other four identical devices are all working fine.
  23. Yeah, you'd think! It doesn't show it in there.....
