The passenger list for coaches etc is held by the person from the school who is responsible rather than the coach company.

I would look into changing that first TBH, if they're all on the same network and you're about to think about a guest network you are creating a GDPR and safeguarding issue because people on your guest will be able to browse your main network with ease. - you could probably use the DHCP in the controllers for the various WIFI to create DHCP for their individual networks.

Does it all run off the same DHCP range (it probably shouldn't)? If it doesn't you can create different option 252 for each DHCP range to download different WPAD.

I would get consents. If you don't already have an 'i consent to videos for promotional purposes' tick box somewhere on file, then you probably should. Also, you might have a problem with copyright on whatever music you've used if you post it on social media.

I just turned it on on my file servers and my backup server - saves me between 30 and 60% and not noticed any issues at all. The backup drive is bitlockered as well because it's a physical disk that could be walked off with. The file server drives are virtual in a SAN and the SAN firmware deals with drive encryption for me.
