This, although Lloyds bank are better then their Credit Card people. When I tranfer money from my LTSB current account to my Virgin credit card it goes through as a quick transfer and the money is with Virgin the next day, when I transfer money from the LTSB current account to the LTSB credit card it takes 4 days.

How did your MP vote on the digital economy bill?
K.C.Leblanc replied to mattx's topic in General Chat
I FAIL. I also noticed something interesting, he took out a full page advert in the local paper. The advert, did not contain the work 'Labour' (his party) and did not even feature the colour red. The only real reference to the government was mention of the fact he has a track record of voting against them. I'd be interesting to hear who placed the advert. -

I can't get that site to work, but I suspect my chap didn't turn up. [EDIT: It's turned out he did turn up and opposed the bill] http://static.guim.co.uk/sys-images/Technology/Pix/pictures/2010/4/7/1270675103490/commons_floor-460.png There obviously must have been something really good going on that day. -
I like Clegg, ....almost as much as I like Compo.

Sounds like Alienware or Rock given those requirements. Make sure the chip has the necessary virtualisation extensions to run ESX under VMWare Workstation.

I'm missing something here. If S2 goes down you're going to reconfigure S1 to give out the whole range. Won't you get clashes where S1 leases out an I.P. that S2 leased out before it went down. Also what happens when S1 runs out of addresses?

Because I've standardised my methods and I find in most cases I need the extra flexibility I get from scripting using PSEXEC.

Nice and easy this one. Download and install 7Zip. You can then use that the open the Sketchup 7 installation exectuable. Inside you will find an MSi file. You can run this silently using "msiexec -i "[shared location of MSi file]\GoogleSketchUp7.msi" /qn"

We've not heard anything here. Although it wouldn't the first time they did something and then didn't tell anyone about it. -
Exactly, if you're after an employers reference it should be directed at the current head. After all he won't even have access to the information they want. If you're looking for a personal reference it would be foolish to give the details of someone you can't track down yourself. You'll look like a prize turnip if it turns out he's moved or even worse died.

I've just done the survey doofer, and it's a 4 way tie between the Conservatives, UKIP, The Liberal Democrats and The British National Party .

I do love the odd bottle of Foreign Extra. It's also very apt for Saint Patrick's day, since he's also the patron saint of Nigeria, the country where Foreign Extra was first brewed. EDIT: I just have to find a Guiness hat with the Nigerian flag on it. -

Find out physical processor amount Win server 2003
K.C.Leblanc replied to IT_Man_Dan's topic in Hardware
CPUID will tell you. I would expect it's a single quad core CPU. It's registering 8 cores because it uses hyper threading. Our twin 55xxs register 16 cores on ESX console. EDIT: Actualy you've probably got dual CPUs, my Q8200 reports as 4 processors in device manager.
