  1. I'd love to see his footage.
  2. It's any model that uses the "K Series" engine, which I'm pretty sure is the 1.1, 1.4,1.6 & 1.8 (both the standard and VVC model). However it's more of a issue on the larger, version of this engine. The 2 litre and deisel are fine. EDIT: Some people might tell you the 1.6 isn't effected, this relates to much older Rover 200s which used a Honda engine.
  3. As people have said head gaskets are a big issue on the petrol ones. The diesel ones are fine. The other thing to consider is basicaly the same car as the Rover 200 that was launched in the mid '90s. Compared to many cars of the same age it's a very dated car. It's a well known phenomenom that cars get bigger as time goes on, anyway this Rover was marketed against the Escort when it was launched and the Fiesta by the time it went out of production.
  4. We have RM provided by our local RBC. Most of it is adiquate, however easymail is unfit for purpose. It's very slow and flaky.
  5. I do this, doesn't seem to present any issues. For some reason one of them seams to grab more clients then the other one. But if I disable the keen one the other one will pick up the slack without issue. EDIT: Our's are both VMs, although we have a rule setup to stop them being on the same physical box.
  6. Have you thought about just approaching a local PA hire firm and seeing what they can offer. If it's only going to be used once a year this might make more sense.
  7. What editing software are you using. We have some Sanyo Xaci cams which are quite neat, but only record in the MP4 format which isn't supported natively by media player or windows movie maker. We have Serif Movie plus so this isn't a big issue for us. We also have some Canon FS100 which record in an MPEG format, the annoying thing is they save their files with a .MOD extension which trips up media player, changing the extension to AVI sorts this. I've made a little widget in AutoIT so students can change the extension.
  8. I just can't help but post this, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H3ogYg05e_Q
  9. If it doesn't do 110v I'd personaly just take the laptop and try to source a PSU while I was there. It'll probably be less hastle and cheaper. You can report back and tell us if the US has a version of the purple shirt brigade.
  10. When BT came to change our internet connection they had to photography the equipment they'd installed.
  11. Same here, although our it took our supplier a long time to get it to work correctly. Our requirements weren't exectly straight forward.
  12. Or perhaps we could go down the Artex route? I've heard it's going to be all the rage next year when it features on the new OSX release, Snow Donkey.
  13. All sorts, Some teachers will pop up, Some use the helpdesk, Some phone, Some hope the problem will go away, Some send students, Some for some reason some phone reception and ask them to call us,
  14. I didn't think such a think was possible.
  15. What's the difference between the BNP and a bus? a bus has more seats.
  16. It's gone from Sysinternal's site, so no there won't be any official downloads.
  17. So what happens in your household when you can't deside what to order from the Indian takeaway?
  18. Actualy I think we should liberate the inmates of Norfolk municipal donkey & llama santuary and put them in westminster.
  19. Unfortunatly Gordon Brown hasn't given it back to him.
  20. Shall we throw in MattX and the Queen as well?
  21. Cheers guys, when you say it works did you created a pattern?
  22. I didn't get canvased at all. I was a bit supprised consider our now former Labour MP only had a lead of about 1,500 votes.
  23. That could be fantastice, just imagine if our cabinet included Elton John, Paul O'Grady and Julian Clarey. I'd vote for that just to hear Prince Philip's views on the situation.
  24. Group policy, EDIT: Edit Policy, User Configuration, Windows Settings, Internet Explorer Maintainance, Connection, Proxy Settings.
  25. Have a look at DMCoy's post in this thread. http://www.edugeek.net/forums/windows-server-2000-2003/44141-printers-going-offline.html
