Have you got a copy of PC check? That'll run diags on your hardware and show you what's wrong. DT -
30s club... don't like the sound of that.... i have 2 months 8 days.....

Yeah, I have to say; a mini is no longer mini.... I was on the car park the other day (m62) when one pulled up the side of me. For the first time ever I felt small, and I have a LR Discovery! It is not a mini, it's a biggi!! And it's damn horrible too! For a car of its size, there's just about the same room inside as what there was in an old mini... I guess that's BMW for you. The new Disco 3s & 4s are the same, bigger overall, but smaller inside. How the hell do they manage it? DT

It's a Marathon.... -
I can't see them writing it off, it's only cosmetic. There 's a chance the track rod has been bent a little from the nudge, but it doesn't look too bad... I've repaired worse

I used to use NSPASSGEN on an old mobile, it was great. It generated random passwords, and stored them all, and allowed you to encrypt them with a master password for the program. providing you didn't forget it or share it, it was a good system. I have around 20 different accounts in various places, but mostly I remember them, and have never had trouble doing so. I think using biometrics is a good idea, fingerprint scanners etc. DT

I'll finish lunch and jump on my test system. I'll drop you a mail/call shortly. Darren

Mark, you're still being blocked by the core blocked content rule as audio and video (http policy 5). you'll need to sort that out first bud. Darren

I should very much like to acquire a pair of those. The only problem being that the local lidl is a congregation point for the town's low-life amoebic scum, of which there seems to be rather a lot recently. So often best avoided.... :shudder: Should anyone know of a fairly clean and more approachable venue, I'd be grateful of that information DT

How many users do you want to enable it for? You could just deny read/apply policy permissions for those users that need the functionality enabled. DT

That's a bit mental in a motor that weighs the same as a kingsize mars bar, and handles like a dog on lino.... I've seen some crazy mods to nova's, never got into it myself though.

Nova.... I haven't seen one of those in years!!

Isn't premium 97 octane, where regular is 95. Hotter burn, cleaner engine.... apparently.

Switch port access set to MAC of the school machine attached and set to shut down on violation would take care of that. Since only outbound traffic hits the smoothwall, if they're trying to attack your servers, then the smoothwall is helpless, and that's where the switch security comes in. If they're unplugging school systems to plug in their own and browse, then yes, transparent proxying will catch the little blighters out DT

Does it do this when you "hide" the remote? My old man had a samsung doing something pretty similar, he was convinced casper had moved in.... Turns out it was a dicky remote and the IR was going primate poo.....
