My annoyance is that the bleeding heart liberal/lefties love to jump all over the DM as soon as they say that... shock horror... something might need fixing in this country - "What? The DM have said that mass immigration and open boarders might not be a good thing? Racists...", "They said what? There actually might be people taking the welfare state for a ride? Pfft... fat cat Tory-supporting DM readers!" However... stupid lazy journalism like this does nothing to help their cause! For once the DM reserves to be battered for this one!

Yes, that'll do the job. LTO cleaning tapes are universal for LTO 1 through 5. We have the Dell cleaning tape for our 124T, but using HP won't matter a jot.

Learning Tree do one - iPhone and iPad Programming: A Comprehensive Hands-On Introduction - Course 2761 - Can't comment on the course itself, but as a training company they are excellent.

Wonderful news. Congratulations and best wishes to you both

We've had the same... I think they get confused over the new and old style academies. The old style were new schools, with new DfES number etc. With the new academies we're merely changing who we receive the funding from, and stop being responsible to the LA, with the board of trustees taking over. It's quite ridiculous.

10% + 2 has been the recommendation from ACPO for years - http://www.cprsp.gov.uk/resources/res.aspx?p=/PublicAttachment/attachmentFilename/23/speed_enforcement_guidelines_web_v7_foi.doc - Page 6 for figures. Without getting to drawn into the discussion (although its been an interesting read). To be fair, it is quite simple. If you never want to risk getting caught, never break the posted limit, regardless of if it makes sense. However, it's worth remembering that the law, and common sense, are not always the same thing (it could be said they rarely are). If one wishes to make a choice to perhaps pick common sense over the law, they need to be ready to except that regardless of common sense, the law may still hit you. 90 on a congested motorway at rushhour... a potential danger to everyone... 90 on a empty, well lit, motorway at 3am... only really a danger to yourself. Common sense says one is safer than the other, the law doesn't care. The law is full of issues like that though, it's the problem of having to put in place a one-size-fits-all solution to law and order. It's about driving to the situation - I drive a very different way on busy roads with the family in the car, then I do when I'm by myself on an empty road. Perhaps we just all need to think a little more.

Are you sure you don't have the pre-release version installed? They seem to be the final releases to me.

When you say the password won't work - where are you entering this? Once you've logged on via Telnet, you need to issue the Enable command where it will ask you for the enable password.
