To grant any global access it has to be done in Office 365 admin centre. They might have an onmicrosoft account that would be a global admin for when they did the federation.

PaperCut is a lot better. We have two schools on Uniflow with Canon and it is a pain to do easy things. where as a site that has PaperCut is so much better and has add bits like mobility print.

You extract the installers by selecting a release and clicking extract then point to a folder to put the files in.

They will be on your office 365 tenant in the licensing area if they have been activated. If not they are activated in the online services area I think in vlsc. Unless you have A1 Plus which is the same as it’s A1 with office on top.
