We have had the same, in the dev tools on the browser we can see the JavaScript that runs it is saying it’s been blocked due to an issue.

I would say its just 100TB for the Tenant but in the FAQ this says this as well: Should I deploy multiple tenants vs a single tenant? Microsoft recommends deploying into a single tenant whenever possible. Multiple tenants are difficult to manage effectively, requiring duplication for every operational task. You easily get into incongruent settings across tenants. You will also get additional storage capacity limits against your pool.
