Yeah if it is just text then yeah you could use Microsoft Form. Microsoft does not do signatures. You would have to setup the form how you like it. I don't believe they have an import option for Microsoft Forms. We only use Zoho Forms if they need a signature or they use PDFs.

We have a mix of schools using Microsoft Forms and Google Forms. For ones that need a signature and location tracking we pushed them to Zoho Forms

Try migrate both compute and storage at the same time it should allow you to move the storage to another datastore. You can do this with powered on and powered off vms.
