On the Aruba's if their is a mismatch the system should upgrade the firmware for you on its own. It does it on the IAP series as well.

That looks like it does not have permission to write the files to the program files. is it running as an admin ?

We have had this before, for us it was the InVentry Anywhere app code on the InVentry computer was not matched up with the code in their system. Took us two times to get it fixed with them. Now ours works fine now.

I would say their would not be much issue as the MIS Support with SIPS is done over a VPN connector and/or remote tool with them. With Off-site backup I would say it over the internet so should be ok if it something like Redstor. DNS and domains if hosted by SIPS you would be ok, unless you are hosted by LGFL.
