About NikoVM

  1. Thanks, I will investigate further in syncing with SDS. Thanks a lot for the guidance! We use Smartschool, a Belgian MIS, to handle all this. Unfortunalty, they don't have a native integration with SDS.
  2. Hi Thanks for your answer. We've never used SDS before. Our school MIS doesn't have an integration with SDS, so we would have to use the CSV files to import all data. Just for my understanding, with SDS, those Teams groups will be created correctly as of type "Class" with all students and if we update the CSV for students that moved around those Teams will be updated accordingly? Kind regards, Niko
  3. Hi Our school has a lot of students that move around (go to another class, leave school or enter the school mid-year). To automate this process, we're using dynamic groups where we set the approriate class as a student's "department" in our local AD that syncs to Azure AD. In Azure AD these departments are key for adding students in the correct dyanmic group. However, it's doesn't seem to be possible to either create a Team of Class type based on this dynamic membership group or to convert this group to a MS365 group with a Teams linked of type Class). I found via Powershell that i'ts possible to create a Team with the type "EDU_CLASS" template, but you can only add users, not a dynamic group. I found a script that would extract the users from the dynamic group and add them, but this is not recurrent / dynamic. Does anyone else have some experience with this? Kind regards, Niko
