  1. Hi, 2008r2 server with mixed xp and 7 clients. All xp clients have had client side Extension updated. Do I need to apply both the ADM and ADMX policy for my network? Also the Google instructions say to add the msi and policy to the computer policy but reading these forums it looks like most edugeekers have added it to the user policy. Advise please.

  3. Don't think they need to worry. Google have 44% market share in phones Apple have 16% and Google are set to overtake apple in the pads market within 2 years. Google do have an advantage in that it is on lots of different brands.

  9. You would not believe the timing. I had just moved a school over to gapps due to poor email system and was running a course on the googlemail when it all cut out. What timing.

  13. Not sure what it was called but you can get an app that completely locks selected items for android phones. You can log in as an adult and select what buttons, apps, messaging, etc the little ones can access and they are not able to restore default phone settings

  18. This was a big issue for the older machines but still an issue if you move the xbox while a disk is spinning inside it.
  19. I think the user is created in IIS when you create the app pool, one of the first steps in the video.
  20. I would follow the video. I had lots of issues with the doc.
  21. Ahhh I dumped a different firmware on the box.
  22. Did the same for me but when I phoned with an issue they refused to help as their computer screen listed non standard device.
  23. It does have offline mode. So will sync local edited docs when near a wifi / 3g.
  24. I had something like this and it turned out to be a DNS setting on 1 wireless AP pointing to an old server.
