  1. We go direct to Office 365 now. The trick is sending from a genuine account with login details set not from the user. Then it authenticate.
  2. Yep spotted this recently. They advise schools to simply check junk. Ie workaround the issue rather than fix it.
  3. I blame the public... [emoji6]
  4. I found this when I created my App-V package. It also included: .ISO & .RAR
  5. Laptops and windows licences often have 'Educational Discounts' applied which mean selling it on its allowed to the general public. Plus, they think if it fails in 4 years time your still to blame. Avoid at all costs.
  6. Multimeter?
  7. You need to perform a content search. Make sure this finds everything you want and nothing you don't want removing. You then need to use Power sell to delete files based on the content search ID. At least this is how it works for emails so same should apply to Onedrive.
  8. UEV here with folder redirection apart from AppData and start menu. Using Onedrive Files on Demand on staff and students with auto sign in. Working well and we have machines with 120Gb ssds. Even some with 64Gb.
  9. Happy birthday!
  10. Group policy deletes them. Plus we reimage most machines yearly so they don't build up to quickly. We don't use Delprof but I know others do.
  11. We just use local profiles without any default profile. Logis times are pretty quick.
  12. Hi, I'm trying to find a quick method of removing all biometrics from our NRS installation. We've moved on to using ID cards so no longer require the data. I'm hoping there's a nice and easy 'Remove All Fingerprints' button but I'm getting the feeling that's wishful thinking. Thanks, Rob
  13. We used https://www.worktop-express.co.uk/ a number of times. Prices are good and if your getting a lot you can ask for a better price. What ever company you go for, make sure they include edging strip! Some companies don't and charge you extra for it. Worktop express don't (Or didn't for us) so you get two lengths with each 3m 900mm wide worktop.
  14. We're using SDS and other than being picky about the csv format it works very well.
  15. Does your folder redirection point to a DFS?
  16. UEV has been working well for us.
  17. @pete makes a good point as well. Surely we pay a maintainance fee to Civica so our software products are protected from security issues. NRS should know that they were using a very old version of TLS for encryption and shouldn't be surprised when ParentPay told them they were turning it off!
  18. Pick a windy day and put them all out in the carpark with the sides off? If you decide to hoover them, just make sure they're still plugged in (Don't need to be switched on at all though) so the case is at least grounded.
  19. My view of this is Office 365 is a secure school platform. Students can put pictures on it (Efficiently giving consent, they did it not you). If other students take this and publish these online, that's outside your control. What stops students taking pictures in corridor and posting it online?
  20. I'm also interested in this as we're out of support with NRS/Civica, mainly because they didn't invoice us correctly and we'd already paid one support fee. Nearly a year later we're still waiting on our quote for rejoining (with a fee of course). Now we have this to factor in.
  21. You should just need to do the flow bit if your only doing this on one email account.
  22. How about using Flow https://www.google.com/amp/s/quickclix.wordpress.com/2018/03/25/auto-respond-to-emails-using-flow-in-office-365/amp/
  23. I wasn't sure if that offer what you were after. Doesn't look like it tho. Sorry for the wild goose chase.
  24. Found an image. https://www.mail-signatures.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/new-rule-conditions.png Its the More Options text.
  25. Yer, I'll have to screenshot it on Monday.
