Each report section should be it's own table with only a line break between each closing/opening tag. You should be having a day's rest between runs anyway; it gives your body time to recover before you put it under more pressure. If you don't give yourself time to recover, you just keep doing more and more tissue damage until you end up with a serious injury that puts you out of action for weeks or even months which will massively hinder your progress. Don't feel guilty about having a day off - your body needs it! I completed W1R2 this morning, surprised that it felt quite a bit easier, I expected it to take at least three weeks before I noticed any marked improvement.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not suggesting (though I can see how I can be misunderstood) that failing to deliver one a single promise would be cause for another election, but let's say they made 5 promises on education to be delivered (or at least started) by the end of their first 18 months in office. If by the end of those 18 months they had only managed to start delivering on one or two of those policies, then another election would be held. It's only a mild musing on the idea I admit, I haven't sat down and come up with a manifesto on it or anything, I just think some system should be put in place to hold them accountable to election promises. I know that the general election should do that, but in 5 years a lot of dirt can be thrown in all directions to cover up the failings of a given government during their term. Because given a second or even third choice, it would come to light how much support these smaller parties have. They may not immediately win a general election that way, but they'll gain more seats which will give them a bigger influence on parliament and also make their policies more visible; it will would have given the smaller parties a more level playing field.

I just don't think it's enough. Under the current system, $Party could promise to instantly credit every tax payer's account with £100 upon election, then upon being elected immediately say "ooh, sorry, no can do." We then have to wait up to 5 years (variable depending on whether the elected PM wants to hold it earlier or not) before we can do anything about it. (I know this is a silly example but I'm trying to not say anything that would single out an individual party)

The problem is, they can tell you whatever they like during election campaigns but are under no obligation to deliver it; a fact which infuriates me. I think they should have to put down their promises in black and white along with time frames for delivery and they should be held to them if elected. Failure to deliver on an election promise within said time frame results in automatic re-election. I know sometimes things happen which are out of anybody's control, the government included, so that could prevent them doing certain things they said they would but then it would be up to them to convince the public that it was genuinely out of their hands if they want the re-election to swing in their favour.

Yeah that's a real can of worms; 40% "majority", coalition parties, unelected EU officials... our vote isn't worth much!

Yep, totally with you there. As @nephilim's example shows, it's quite possible to make games social and not make them a simple way to distract the kids! It's just the usual finger pointing, "oh he spends all his time in his room not talking to anyone and now he has no social skills. It must be because he was playing video games while he was in his room!"

Not automagically no, but you could create a comment aspect for each subject and populate it manually... Alternatively, if you right click on any result and select "View/Edit Result History" then you can see the name of the person who entered the grade in to SIMS.

BBC News - Violent video games leave teens 'morally immature' Would like to hear other geek's opinions on this story. This is the bit that ot me riled up: So, teenagers who spend no time socialising don't develop social skills. Is that news? Where is the control experiment that monitored children who spent 3+ hours a day doing *anything* else and had no real-life interaction? Also, and this always seems to be ignored by these "news" stories - video games have an age rating on them. Kids shouldn't be playing games featuring "the killing, maiming, decapitating or mutilating of other human characters" in the first place!

Better digital (i.e. false) zoom, yes, but that's simply because you can perform a tighter crop and still maintain acceptable quality. Optical zoom (the type your lens provides) will be no more affected by MP count than any other element of the camera. It's worth mentioning that a 5MP dSLR will take significantly better quality photos than a 5MP smartphone as it has a much larger sensor.

You can delete files like this via command line, just navigate to the directory and run "dir /x" to see the shortened version of the file name then delete it using that EDIT: just to clarify, delete it at the command line i.e. "del shortened~1.doc"

I know everyone and their dog is either a Canon or Nikon shooter (I'm a Canon shooter!) but I have to say that the Sony dSLRs are excellent. You get a lot more for your money generally and the A mount bodies can take Sony and Minolta/Konica glass which means you can pick up second hand lenses ridiculously cheap. When my 40D dies, I'm seriously considering a Sony...
