and what do you want to do with the HDD's are you saying you want to replace the current drives with faster drives or are you wanting to increase the space? Are the drive Hot swap or internal
-
yeah but looking at the physical hardware what is the config of the drives. Do you have a raid config or are you running a single drive?, is your Raid HW or software? Answering that can help to understand what you can do with the server and the space.
-
What type of server, and what is the current drive config.??

what happens on the server when you try to get the device information?? -
So you are suggesting that you run a virtual machine on all workstations, attach the VM to the domain and get users to use the VM not the local machine, with the system configured to start the local machine and then run the local VM at startup?

I would guess that the emergance of a photo of a teacher appearing on facebook in similar circumstances to the said pictures of Harry would discussed at a school level but if this was not instigated by the person themselves I would be amazed if they were to be disiplined. However I also note that the emergance of facebook and such products have merged the private life of the individual with the puplic image. I suppose it is up to how individuals actually want elements of their private live to be in the public domain. The problem with Harry is that he is in the public gaze at all times, and for all the great things that he does he will always be noted for the bad things.

Not that I ever have done this but this is only a problem because someone decided to take sneaky pictures and try to profit from them!!!. Personally I am not really interested in what he does in the supposed privacy of his hotel suite. I do however support all the work he has done for the Help the Hero's, admire his desire to be a real active member of the armed forces and think he is publically a much more useful member of the royal family than some I can think of...

MP3s Stored on C Drive Could this be a school problem
Mcshammer_dj replied to kingchristo's topic in General Chat
If the staff member owns the MP3 files legally and is not sharing them then no it is not illegal technically, however surley there should be some school rules on use of school equipment etc. -
but if they do stop you you get fined and they will take all your stuff of you.... To be honest I will either not bother or hope I can meet a couple of Methodists who will be on our plane back and don't mind carying my extra bottles.
-
So this is what HMRC state: On each bottle I will pay 1. Import duty: a).60 of a Euro x strength of sprit /100 + b)3.2 euro x the number of Bottles /100 2. Excise Duty: £26.81 per litle of pure alcohol, therefore a litre bottle of rum with a percentage of 40% would be 40% of £26.81 3. Vat: Charged at 20% of the total of the Import and excise charges and the Orig value of the bottle of rum. This means that a bottle of 40% Rum that costs £10 from the airport will actually cost 21p + £10.70 + £2.19 = £13.10 total duty payable per bottle therefore £23.10. Cost of said bottle in Tesco's £15.00

I have been on Google and seen all the above already, and everyone here is reading this the same way I did. I think I will ring them to confirm Thanks to all for the help
-
This is not really a technical issue but... Does anyone really understand the rules on bring back alcohol and or tobacco following a visit outside the EU? I want to bring back some bottles of Rum from Jamaica and understand the rules on what I can bring back duty free, but really can't seem to work out what it will cost per bottle to bring back a little bit more. Any guidance would be great
