I can do that Monday for you But the problem with this file Is for some reason it still does not install the updates Im gonna make a new Windows 7 Image with Office 2007 installed on it with all the updates to stop this problem. It seems everytime I edit a GPO in software installation it complains with this error "Error no package in the software installation data in the active directory meets the criteria" Its fine creating a new one, but its editing existing ones, for example I updated the with java update 18 yesturday, once I removed it from the list and tried to add the new one I would not add it, so I had to create another GPO just for Java to install. It see that even when I make a new one, close it and try to add another packages it comes up with this error again Seems the only way to is recreate a whole new GPO but this will always cause all the software to reinstall which we cant do Any sugguestions?

Could be 'Turn On Classic Shell' In Windows Explorer If not it should be in there someone Im gussing, cause its to do with Windows Explorer

Ok bit of an update I found I had disabled user folders for the start menu I made a new Student profile, blocked all the other ones, in this policy was just folder redirection. I tested this on xp, worked fine like normal. But when I tested this on Windows 7 this was very weird. The start menu icon were there, but everytime I lanched a shortcut that is redirected, nothing happened, to program started. When I started a short cut fro the local hard drive, it started. All the folder permissions are correct, because it works on xp. This is a very weird one. So I came up with an idea, of copying to start menus shortcuts to the clients instead. When when I thought about that, I also throught might has well somehow get the mantory profile copied to the clients has well, and have all the desktop and start menu shortcuts in that mantory profile. Any one know how to deploy it to the clients? There will be different mantory profiles for different locations, because they have different software installed, so they will have different start menus. I tried creating a msi but when I keep trying to add to msi to group policy it kept complaining about something. (Cant remember the error, dam it!)

Best bet is to remove Adobe Reader I had this problem before, changed to Foxit reader instead, much smaller install, and quicker to startup, and no horrible startup exes from it. Much better! What I need to know is how to revmove the sidebar in the windows explorer windows, and some of tools ontop, like system properties, Uninstall or chance a programe, map network drive, open control panel, also there was something about wireless somewhere on that too. Just want organize to stay there

Way I have set mine up, is to remove the users folder on the desktop and make a new shortcut direct to the users network documents. You need to have your users network share mapped has a network drive to do that. Once that is none, you can just make the shortcut direct to the letter of the mapped drive you set Hope that helps

If you have a switch that has a off and on place, ie slide it to the left it is on and side it to the right it is off If you have a switch like that on you tv, it should come back on stright away, when the timer goes onto the time May do this at work, saves me turning them on and off everyday, one less job for me to do!
