You can have a public licence, most school will have something that allows them to do this.

I'm trying to write a script (stop sniggering at the back), which is going swimmingly ..... except...... I was to specify a file from the command prompt at run time. I want the file that I specify from WScript.Argument to be read using objFSO.OpenTextFile. When I do it, i get the error: C:\stewart7.vbs(50, 3) Microsoft VBScript runtime error: Object doesn't support this property or method: 'WScript.Argument'. The whole of the function that I'm trying to create is this If I hard code the path, it works fine, but I can't get it to specify from the command prompt! Any ideas?

you have to have a TV licence, it's as simple as that I'm afraid! It's not about being commercial. Any broadcasted programme, even if someone else has videod it, needs a TV licence to watch it. If you have bought a commercial DVD/Video of the programme, then you don't need a TV licence.

Points are kept for three years. Exceptions are drink driving obviously If you have expired points on you licence, you have to pay to have them removed, unless you've moved. As for insurance companies, if you only have 3 points for speeding (unless under the age of 25 usually), they don't care. Any other points, they should be told about. If you're involved in an accident, and they investigate, and the points are for anything other than speeding, then the insurance company can claim that you've violated their conditions and therefore are not insured, but they only do that in more extreme cases. Bans, especially drink drive bans (including drunk in charge of) need to be informed for life, but as usual with the law, this can be circumvented, legally, by the low life scum that have been convicted of this offence.

There are many reasons why your server isn't max'd out, but the admin servers is. I bet SIMS has something to answer there, but also things you might not think relevant, such as the amount of physical memory, impact on network usage. Slow log on times could be down to the desktop applying GP, not the network.

When you say support, does that include teachers thinking that their personal computers at home are also part of the network???
