Do you love or hate your job? I absolutley love my job, work for computer services for the local government, made lots of friends within the organisation and get involved with most of the mainstream systems. Also we work on a flexi time system which can give us an extra day off per month if we work and extra 25 minutes a day which I tend to do anyway. I used to be in a job which was average, it wasn't bad but it wasn't good as the servers and organisation of the system was poor and I feel this can really pee you off during your working day. What are your views on your workplace itself? I sometimes may take my work place for granted you see and just wanted to know what other work places were like....

Hello Techs, Mate of mine has a place in france, and is going over when an important match is on Sky Sports. In france, they have a tv, sky box and dish, but no subscription. Is there anyway he can have sky sports for just a weekend or a week while he is there? Via a temporary weekend viewing card ? There is no internet connection at the house in france, and it's out in the sticks aparantley. Cheers.

OK so last week I burnt in total 5236 calories on the gym equipment and travelled half a marathon. The machines tell you at the gym all the info using one of those gym keys. I have also not eaten above 1500 calories a day. How come I haven't lost any weight at all yet?

I would like one of these also! Are they reliable? Is insurance cheap?

I used to deal with cars privatley, and have worked at quite a large car retailer. At the moment I live in the BB postcode, and do around 1,000 miles a month. I have a little run around which isn't amazing to drive, nor is it a very manly car - but it's a Peugeot 107. It's a 2009, and when I bought it it had 14,000 on the clock with one female owner. It cost me £4,800 and I have had it for 10 months now. The road tax is £20 a year and it gets around 65MPG. It's a bit like a tin box, the stereo sounds like a wind up radio and it's noisy on the motorway, but looking through my bank statements I am putting in less than £100 a month in fuel. Also it is a group 1 insurance vehicle, but with me being in the BB postcode it is still £1,000 a year for me with me being 20. I recommend the 107 to anybody who wants a good cheap run around, if you do lots of motorway miles and you want comfort don't buy one. If you are skint and only have like £500 to spare for a car for example, I would use the £500 to put down as a deposit on one of these cars and pay something like £99 a month, as the £99 you will be spending will be a saving for the fuel on a 1.2 standard car so you would be getting a decent car and be spending around the same. I used to have a Vauxhall Corsa 1.2, and I am saving £100 a month on fuel now on average.

One of our users had issues with their local profile. I created a new profile for them but now there is a problem with when sending emails in outlook. When composing a new email, you can go to to and type in the first letter of am email address and a history bar will pop down, this has obviously disappeared with the new profile. Where is the history stored for outlook? Oliver.

Hello ****, Just a quick question for you, what time is the latest time I can collect my parcel from the sorting office? This is the second time now that my missed delivery slip has been dropped through my letter box in such bad condition that I can hardly read anything on it, and there is no way I can see on the slip what type of parcel it is, or your opening hours. I have looked again - 24.5 calories in instant coffee with semi skimmed milk and 2 sweetners.

I read that a cup of coffee with full fat milk only contains 7 calories, is this incorrect then?

On most days I don't know how I managed to intake 2500 calories anyway, it seems a lot!

I am currently trying to loose weight and get fit! Can anybody help me with these questions; *Today I have totted up my calorie intake (for breakfast and lunch) and it is 465. In the gym this morning, I burnt a total of 320, does this mean that in theory my intake is now 145 or does it not work like that? *Is it wise for me to still intake 2500 calories a day while going to the gym daily, or would it be healthy for me to have less calories and go to the gym? (daily recommended allowance) I know it sounds quite an effeminate post, and I know this isn't a health forum - but you lot always seem to know everything about everything!
