If you have phone insurance with CPP Phonesafe, change it this instance!!! They don't pay out for claims, they are rude and patronising, their terms and conditions are so contradicting that they probably have only a 5% pay out rate. I hadn't had my iphone 3GS for 21 days before I made a claim for it being stolen - when was I told this, was this in my terms and conditions booklet? No, but apparantley I was told this which I wasn't and there is nothing I can do. Any suggestions?

The thing that makes me sick is £1,000,000s of tax payers money has gone into planning of BSF schools. Will anybody other than the planning companies see that again? Now there are worthless plans in place that no school on its own can afford to work via. They must have one massive drain hole where all this money just gets pored!

Apple seem to be right up themselves about this problem!! As of the amount of respect customers used to give apple about the fancy new toys they introduced, I feel apple have got so far up their own arse - they don't want to admit in clear writing that they have cocked up basically. Surely they would make it easier for iphone4 customers to get the new fix case, as customers have to go out and get one at the moment as apposed to apple saying there's a form you can fill out on our website and we will post you one. I am not impressed at all!!! The apple iphone 3GS and 3G I think are amazing to use and If i were to go back to an iphone from my disappointing HTC, i would pay less and get a 3GS.

Hi There, On three occasions in the last week or so, I have had to help staff out with problems which have just started occurring with Microsoft Office. They placed hyperlinks in their powerpoints or excel documents to be directed to Videos. It just says - no program is registered to open this file. I have been trying to sort out my mum's laptop for a very long time now!! It only will take Windows Vista Operating Systems! Tried to put 7 on it - no drivers compatible can be found, neither can I find drivers for Windows XP! What shall I do?? At the moment I am re-formatting it with Vista Business!! I know not recommended but better than a dead laptop with nothing but the black sea showing on the screen. Someone help!!

CPP Phonesafe is the company that is used for mobile phone insurance through the Natwest Advantage Gold package you can get if you have a current account with Natwest. My brand new iPhone 3GS 16GB got stolen in broad daylight from me after owning the beauty for 2 weeks, and when I put a claim in - it got declined as the phone wasn't registered for 21 days before the claim. But I didn't get told instantly, I waited three weeks to be told this after spending an hour filling out the claims form, and an hour talking to an 0845 number on my partners mobile which probably cost a billion quid. Has anybody heard of this scandalous bunch of tripe or can anybody give me any suggestions as to what I can do?? I don't feel I have given up, I just need suggestions!! By the way, I did mean to put in the title "CPP - anybody heard of or used them?", I am quite confident that all edugeek members have heard of iPhones.

Dear fellow edugeekers!! Can anybody give me any ideas on what I can do for our digital signage screens for the World Cup. Our manager wants it to show like a schedule as to when the next matches are. It needs to be something that doesn't need changing very often but can be shown over as little of pages as possible. Has anybody got an existing one that I can steal. We are awaiting our manager coming in so that I can let her know that my ideas aren't in existence where this job is concerned as she only works two and a half days a week, and ask her for ideas; but preferably I would have the job done before she comes back into work on Wednesday.
