Hi People, Someone brought to my attention earlier on today a problem with google documents. When she tries to view an excel document within the site, the screen just goes black. Does anybody know if any software needs to be installed to be able to view things like this? We have tried removing cookies, clearning cache, sorting out the security settings. It works if the document is exported into Microsoft Excel, but that isn't what she wants to do as the spreadsheet is edited live amongst other schools that also access it. Any other ideas?

The toner is quite new, could this still be the problem?

I have an issue with the HP Laserjet printer from English! Its missing out about half an inch of print down the left hand side. I have tried cleaning the toner, I have also done a factory restore. But I really cannot imagine what could be causing this. I want to leave stripping it to bits as my last resort if possible, as the printer itself isn't the best built I have seen by far, and I am sure it wont go back together perfectly as its got loads of little screws, and plastic clips and plates and allsorts. Please Help!!!

Hi there, We have a problem with our Terastation, and I just wondered if someone could help us? During the last academic year at our school; we could add users and they would automatically be authenticated to access the Terastation. Now when we add users, they are seeing messages saying access denied and sometimes are asked to input administrator login details. We have tried, and tried to find out what the solution is but no joy unfortunatley. The Terastation is a; Terastation pro. Thanks

I got my copy from Scalables but needed to remove the network lead just the same.

My manager searched google for it, it took him around 10-15 mins to find though

Hi There, I have a problem with installing WinInstall LE 2003, When I put in my e-mail address which it requires during the install, I get an error about DNS cannot be found (please see attachment for screen shot). Hi there, I have come across a little problem and just wondered if someone could help me? I have a professionally installed television Ariel system in my house, which feeds the signal from the Ariel into the lounge, then into the spare bedroom, then into the main bedroom. I can see my sky picture on the screen but its very fuzzy and I can't seem to clear the picture up. I have added a signal booster, but It isn't a skylink booster! will I need a skylink booster as I have heard of them but don't know what they are (they may not be anything to do with this - if so class me as a fool and ignore me on that bit haha). I also have a magic eye which I want to connect up but this doesn't work either. Emergency Please help, girlfriend wants to watch that Darren Brown thing in bed tonight and she aint gonna be happy with the picture!!!!!! Thanks

I downloaded an anti-hacking package called Rapport from Natwest. It scans your pc for keylogging etc. I can't say its been proven to be good as it would be impossible to say this until i get hacked into, but I recommend it simply because natwest is part of the package which is a very good name to have behind it.
