  2. Are the problem servers running 2019 ? There are some reported issues with KB5041578 on Server 2019. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowserver/forum/all/kb5041578-causes-windows-server-2019-to-have-very/1143cb9a-3c47-4dd6-a90b-d6a7c1a67c32
  3. you could copy the email headers into this https://mxtoolbox.com/EmailHeaders.aspx this will show you the whole journey
  4. Copy the MSI where the machine accounts can access it or create a new shared folder under the PaperCut folder and place the MSI in there and update your GPO to point to new location of the MSI. C$ is an admin share and can only be accessed with admin credentials
  5. Downed AP's usually show up in alerts or Alerts/Fault History
  6. that looks good to me. did you save it ? (this makes it live) One last thing to check:- On your transfer to reception object, Specific tab. On the Destination field click the 3 button on the right. Make sure that Mailbox is the same extension name as the reception extension number (refer to your manager app)
  7. do you have an object set with your reception number? If not create one with the Telephony Actions button (blue telephone) and select Transfer (Blue arrow pointing down onto a red phone). Click on your call flow diagram and it will drop a box called Transfer. Right click on the box and select properties. Under the General Tab give the Token Name field something useful for you (i.e Transfer to reception). Now click on the SPECIFIC tab and enter the Reception number into the Destination field and click on OK. Now drag this object where you need it. Next use the connector tool to connect the TIMEOUT option (from your voicemenu object) to the Transfer to Reception object. This can be a bit fiddly as the connector tool can be temperamental.
  8. Ok on your menu (voice menu object). Right click and open properties. Select the Touchtones tab and tick timeout (select value for timeout - i.e. 5 Seconds). Click on OK. You should now have a Timeout selection on your menu. Now link this option to your reception number. Remember to save to make it active
  9. Are you looking to bypass the menu options altogether or are you looking to put the call through to reception if no option is selected?
  10. clutching as straws here - but is your .Net healthy?

  14. check spanning tree changes on your switches (make sure your core switches have a lower Switch priority than your edge switches) show spanning-tree check for Topology change count and Time Since Last Change . Your CST Root MAC Address should be your core switch and IST Regional Root MAC Address should be the local switch.
  15. Can you try disabling secure boot in the BIOS and test again? Remember to re-enable once you've tested
  16. I would use 1 image and a task sequence/selection profile to pick the correct drivers for each model of laptop.
  17. Just adding to TechMonkey's reply. This did happen with a certain network card (with certain firmware) would cause a broadcast storm when the device when into sleep mode. Next time it happens I would plug in a laptop with Wireshark and sniff those packets. It's soon become apparent what's causing it
  18. I had this recently with one of unifi sites (no full list of clients, AP's showing offline or 2.4G/5G disabled. I resolved this by taking a backup of the Unifi folder (stop Unifi Controller service and zip the Ubiquiti UniFi folder). Once complete start the Unifi Controller service again. On the host server sign into Unifi, settings, Maintenance and select Compact Database. Once it's complete check your AP's again I am using Unifi controller 5.6.42 (still have legacy AP's).
  19. Yep seen this on my older TV. Within the lightbox there are lenses that sit over the LED strips. These are usually glued in place. The glue fails after a period of time so the lenses fall off. Look closely at the bottom of the screen - I bet you can see where the lenses are sitting
  20. During my 3 months of lockdown I joined hackthebox.eu with the aim of owning 1 box per week. I'd spend the morning hacking away and left the afternoon free of other stuff. The community there is excellent and will help out when you ask (they will not give you the answer but will point you in the right direction)
  21. Nice one fella! I would certainly take Norphy's advice and get a couple of those console cables.
  22. try using a console cable and change via command line. conf vlan 1 ip address x.x.x.207/24 wr me exit
  23. On the machines having problems - click through the warning and hit the website. Once there check the certificate chain by clicking on the padlock then select certificate. When the cert window opens check the certification path. compare those results with the working one. You may find that the problem machines are missing an intermediate or root CA from the local cert store. I'm assuming you are not carrying out SSL/TLS Decrypt/Encrypt otherwise I would suggest checking for your proxy decrypt cert is trusted on the local machine
  24. Thanks for your thoughts. I did suspect an SMB issue. Time to dig out the Shark
