Hi All, A quick data question... We had an internal job advertised and 5 members of staff applied. A member of the admin team sent an email with all 5 people copied in asking them to fill in an online form. One of the applicants is now saying we have caused a data breach and have to report ourselves to the ICO as he did not want anyone to know he had applied for this job and it is now causing him emotional stress that other people know. So my question is have we caused a breach and do we have to report ourselves as no personal data was leaked apart from the fact they had applied for a job. What are peoples thought? Hi all, Bit of a weird one. I had a mailbox that was full and not able to send any emails. The sent items was 92,000+ and a total of 45.6Gb in size. I selected to delete all emails in sent items from settings - storage, It ran for awhile and deleted over 50,000 emails. but then stopped with 42,000 still in sent items. Now the weird bit when I try and delete an emails from inbox or sent items it goes then about a second later it comes back where it was. I can not seem to delete any emails at all from anywhere in that mailbox. Anyone got any ideas or seen anything like this before? Thanks Dave

Hi All, We get a lot of parents that now send emails directly to our teachers on there school emails addresses, I have been asked by the head to put a automatic reply on teachers mailboxes that sends a mail back saying thank you we will get back to you within 3 days. I have looked into using outlook out of office but this also sends automatic emails back to internal users also that we do not want to happen. So I am just wondering if anyone knows a way to setup automatically send a reply to an email that is only from an external source. Thanks Dave.

Hi All, Bit of a weird one, since starting back this week we have had about 7 or 8 PC's around the school that keep resetting there extended or duplicate display settings and go back to PC only. This has happened on PC's with projectors, Ctouch TV's and second monitors. We change them back to duplicate or extend and they work fine but we have had a couple that then reset to PC only on restart. Never had this issue before on the PC's. Has anyone seen anything like this at the present or got any suggestions what might be happening. Thanks Dave.

Yes GPO from on prem, just checking all OneDrive settings now but not seeing anything as yet that may causes issues

We use Azure AD Sync from on prem AD to Azure. But I am not sure if I am missing any settings I should have done in Azure.

Thanks for the replies, still trying to find what is going on. So problem seems a user can log into a pc, either a pupil or teacher and it looks like OneDrive tries to auto sign in but must be failing as the icon will appear in the system then disappear then reappear all within a few seconds and keeps doing it. But if you the launch the teams app and sign in on that it then signs OneDrive in and it the works as it should. I just need to try and figure out why OneDrive is not auto signing in on its own and keeps relaunching itself. I can find no errors in event logs or anything.

Hi All, Working on rolling OneDrive out at present and found a bit of weirdness, had it working on a test PC with SSO for users1 , logged of and then logged in as a user2 which also worked ok but when I logged back in as user1 it did not sign into OneDrive and the OneDrive system tray icon keeps appearing as if it is trying to sign in and then disappears and then re-appears about every 1 second. Anyone seen this type of behaviour before or any ideas what might be going on? Dave.
