in 5 years probably now for a lot of people the tech just isnt there recharging needs to be much quicker/available and range needs to be longer. i dont want to have to rent a car for long journeys esp as i often decide to just go as its a nice day and i dont have space/need for 2 cars. it beats me why there arnt many cars out there that are electricly driven but have a petrol/derv generator to top the battery up

im not sure they can if you bought windows phone 7 you were shafted when 8 came out, if you had a still ok phone like a 925 when 10 came out you were shafted again. why would anyone trust ms a 3rd time with phones?

installing .net 3.5 if you use mdt/sccm you can just add the cab file as a package and it will deploy during install with 0 config needed onedrive i just remove read access to the installer for auth(or staff/pupil i occasionally use it in some schools) users using gpo defender can be turned off with gpo i run a script during mdt to remove apps it dosent remove them for the logged in user but nobody uses local admin anyway so i dont see that as an issue alternatively you can use dism /offline on the base wim file and remove them so they never install at all pointless printers like fax again gpo can do this updates mdt can be set to run wsus during install as part of the task sequence i assume as sccm uses mdt it can as well

never needed that. its just simple things like email ever since i got it android on my stock nexus has been pants at it i can see ive got email on another device but it dosent tell me for up to an hour and since updating to oreo it cant reliably sync with office 365 it just eats battery and things stick in the outbox (seems to be a common issue ive had to install outlook for work email). windows phone just worked it was simple and quick bar a broken headphone socket it never gave me any issues android every update seems to screw something up

its a shame really it was imo much better to use than ios/android but the lack of apps sunk it

if its basically an interface for bitlocker id say no as on win 7 bitlocker is enterprise/ultimate only (but i dont have sophos that supports it to test with)

just be aware with some leafs you dont own the battery and have to keep paying for it while ever you own the car (and i dont think you could own it on early ones) the biggest issue for me with leccy cars is charging time i can do 4-500 miles in my car and fill up in 5 mins and keep repeating its takes so much longer to charge for less miles in electric that some journeys i do would be stupidly long

they also seem to cause more trouble than they are worth on windows 10 in general no but while i still have win7 pcs and stuff works im not changing it im just forcing windows 10 pcs i add to only use local profiles via gpo

I had them on my last car and tbh after a week or so stopped missing them also they often looked ugly as f with black mushroom sticking out of what was otherwise a smooth bumper also also the ones on my dads fiesta i dont get its just audio at least my ds3 had a screen to show you which sensor had picked something up 20ft away lol

i wonder if games that have gambling and can take real money shouldn't all be rated 18 and have gamble aware warning on the box/adverts and when you digitally buy them they need to explicitly state it and have to accept it before payment. if its like horizons 3 get used to that i dont think i managed to play that for more than 1/2 hour without it bombing out. ive never needed to do anything specific to get uefi boot working 2012r2 server and up to date waik/mdt and its worked for me (bar turning it on in the computers nbios as it seems to be uefi network boot is off by default on a lot

its not just that speech recognition still sucks i keep trying to use cortana on my xbox one and every time i say faster it thinks im saying b*stard and goes into sulk mode. i cant even use it reliably to set alarms on my nexus 5x it dosent seem to understand 10 to 7 say and half the time cant pick up 7 50 i really wish they would sort out android apps on chromebooks im sure it was something supposed to happen ages ago but still waiting on them on mine and theres no way id pay that for a premium chromebook a dell xps13 dosent cost much more and is a full computer not just a glorified browser in a box

they just tend to be damaging to the wallet (wants a 4k tv but that needs a new amp as well /sigh) newer xbox controllers support bluetooth headsets as do phones and most laptops probably have bluetooth if not a sub dongles hardly a big problem so you should be able to get away with pretty much any bluetooth headset that seems like it will be comfortable (cant try it neither my elite or forza controllers are new enough i dont think and i dont think i even have a headset anymore but for testing purposes pretty much owt should do even if its an old hands free earpiece
