it was partially the controls that turned me off 64 got fed up of death by camera

not played it yet but all i hear is good but to me it looks like (and is being compared to) mario 64 2 and i diddnt like that game at all

i believe its only a pc policy i dont think you can configure it per user / group or otherwise your staff could just copy stuff to a pupil user area then copy it to a pen drive

i know its not the way youre supposed to do it but if you arnt using them for apps couldnt you just set them all up on the same itunes account and wouldnt contacts sync between them without any intervention?

ive been trying to get ueve working on vms of win 10 edu 1703. Ive got it to a point where it seems to work so if i log into pc1 it creates some files on the server but they dont seem to be picked up when i log onto pc2 as the same user but pcs will create those files for another user on the server but again logged in as that user on pc1 nothing seems to carry across (im just trying simple stuff atm so to test im picking an awful colour scheme/wallpaper and moving the start menu to the top of the screen to make it obvious)

its not quite as bad as a room of laptops doing sims where they all "bong" every 10% they download for some unknown reason

still working my way through the single player stuff but considering how "good" i am i suspect going online is going to be more pain than fun. ive also paused this till i get my onex and decided to go through stick of truth and maybe finish off a couple of other games ive not quite done yet

fair enough but for a quick how much and ccl are local its usually fine in teh end i preorderd an xbox one x last night in game was going to get south park fractured butt whole there but it was £10 cheaper in sainsburys so bought there instead. Cue the damn pvr being a @^%$ when i tried to watch the south park episode that sets it up it recorded it fine but wouldnt play it some silly error that required a factory reset luckily it kept my recordings and events but if anyone suggests you get a youview box run away they suck esp since the update internet channels record fine but quite often need the box rebooting or you to go to a channel live before they will allow you to play recorded content some form of drm i expect

fair enough but all that light would just annoy me no end for the same reason my g7 microserver i pulled the single blue led in the front panel as that was capable of illuminating a room esp as i tend to not have very bright lighting at home anyway its all pretty much the dimmest bulbs i can get and the cabling on my last self build was so bad i diddnt want to see it lol

kb and mouse i can kind of understand but even with water cooling its just plumbing you wouldnt light up the pipes to your sink/loo so why in a pc?

for good reasons its awful the less lights the better i dont get why anyone wants to light up a pcs internals theres nowt in there worth looking at ad tbh rgb reminds me of this stuff and i will admit to once for 10 mins having a blue neon under my car (i parked next to my desk literally and had for some reason a 12v neon light so i shoved it under my car on boxes just for a laugh)

you cant add stuff they dont have in stock to the basket so as the only gen 8 cpu in stock i chucked it in just to get a result i was actually thinking i5 i7 seems overkill i9 for lottery winners lol. Not going back to amd been there before and their chipsets sucked and tbh last time i looked it wasnt that much cheaper (last amd machine iremember using was a laptop and it took over an hour to install office 2013 from its own hdd (copied from a pen drive)

well out of curiosity last night started speccing up a pc rig and got to 1k with just board/chip(and as i was being lazy and just using ccl it was an i3 as thats the only 8 series they had)/ram and a 1080 ok i dont need an ssd as i have 1 512gb evo 850 sat in my old laptop doing nothing (and worse case a crucial 750 i can rob from my xbox one)but still need at least a psu and a case and unless i yank a really old drive from my microserver/last pc a data drive and an osso thats another £2-300 hmm i dont see it happening lol

in think for the money id be looking at a dell xps13

unfortunately i dont think ms care about it. They seem to aim every new feature at byod group policies since xp tbh seem like an afterthought and you are expected to devise our own with gpp to a large extent. Ms as far as i can tell are looking at end user 1:1 devices as the end goal hence why if yo have an office 365 lic you can install office on 5 devices no need to ask it etc. Ms want to be apple where everything is done via the app store and windows/office are subscription services and the device dosent matter

have they designed it to look like a mac laptop even teh space ish wallpaper screams mac to me. Hope the failure rate isnt as bad as ive heard about the 1st version. ms do have a bit of a track record for hardware faults look at the early 360s and for the same reason form over function

i thought ms had said going forward adk updates wouldnt be required? and it would only be updated as new features were added to the adk itself?
