  1. id try it somewhere other than program files as its not uac compliant so that might be the problem
  2. as a thought have you tried it as admin or from a location where auth users have write permissions (ive got it running from a network share rather than local)
  3. the se version i have here is dated 28 ‎September ‎2005, ‏‎15:28:52 and says its version 10.0.0.188 if it helps and i just ran it on win 10 1709 last lot of updates were installed 22nd november if that helps
  4. is this the really old version or the "newer" one either way both are flash based so i suspect thats what may be causing the issues
  5. why do they make it so hard to find simple specs? only 3 hdmi 1 on the back 2 on the side????

    Flat Earth?

follow that to any sort on conclusion and you end up with thoughts like how do i know anybody/thing else exists they could all be figments of my imagination (or i could be a figment of theirs) there is no way i know of to prove the world isnt a simulation and debatably the further AI progresses the more likely it is that life is some sort of simulation anyway. There is no ultimate proof of anything if you choose to believe it to some extent that is your "reality"
  8. ive found delprof dosent always wok as a shutdown as parts of the profile can still be in use when it runs sometimes
  9. i believe the lg oleds also suffer from something i thought dies with crts screen burn in
  10. personally i think id be tempted to go for 2 10k 300gb drive replace the faulty one let the array settle down then replace the other so you have matched drives again (and more space) also new drives so less likely to fail its not set in stone but if one drive has failed theres a reasonable chance the other identical one may in the near future as well ive run odd drives in an array before it shouldnt cause you a problem but its not ideal
  11. have you tried another brand of printer just add any old crud as a test the printer dosent need to exist so you could just share out a generic text only printer pointed to a dead ip for testing maybe see if its that printer or all printers
  12. a startup script that runs delprof so it just nukes whatever profiles are on there at startup should do it
  13. ive noticed it on a few (annoying/cool) and ive never subscribed to any of them (its just not a feature I use) tried in chrome and ie11

started playing the game I bought over black Friday sale human fall flat well that's a really fun game just wandering round an uninhabited land puzzle solving it kind of reminds me of how I felt playing botw (though far less scope) but just trying to solve puzzles with whats there and grabbing is all you can do. dosent harm that its pretty good for achievements played maybe 2 hours and got ~200 Gamerscore also bought xenoblade chronicles 2 for the switch so I can play that come friday
  15. input lag may also be in part determined by tv mode not exactly the same but i fixed screen tearing on my sony on ghost recon wildlands on my xbox one just by seting the tv to game more rather than auto so it must change something besides backlight settings etc
  16. that's my thoughts as well im hoping oled will become cheaper in the next year or 2 as I cant justify £1500 on a telly
  17. thats the mouse i nearly bought lol
  18. iirc the biggest issue is it wont install unless the device is connected
  19. i almost bought the bluetooth version of the mouse i currently have to free up a usb port on my laptop (it has 2 1 is always the mouse receiver which can be annoying but decided £40 was too much to fix that lol)
  20. @flyinghaggis yes e-ink screens are much much easier on the eyes than a monitor/tablet but after a few years of doing everything on my gen 3 kindle the last books ive bought have all been paper ones though it beats carrying round the bricks that are ms manuals (point to note most of the books ive read recently have been fairly picture heavy and i do read a lot less than i used to) but my kindle now normally just says flat and i cant remember the last time i used it

someone has even made a lego robot to grind that game for them lol. If somebody needs to go that far thats pretty telling
  22. it went up earlier in the year by £5 iirc so might be the best you get but there are some games out there that are being bundled with live subs might be cheap enough to buy and trade in the game (or sell it on to someone)
  23. switch with mario odyssey and mario+rabids £299 on amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0771PF1K7/?tag=dailexpr-21

    Flat Earth?

i think felix baumgartner would disagree lol (though i admit thats hardly a standard hot air balloon) again equipment required luck 2 people and a sea based lighthouse the taller the better (other tall buildings on the coast will do) one person at as close to ground level as possible watches a ship go out to sea till they can no longer see it the person higher up should still be able to see it for a while longer. At worst equipment wise you need 2 pairs of binoculars (or failing that on a clear day with a decent enough telescope you should be able to look across any ocean to the land mass on the other side if the world was flat)
  25. yes its a dragonball z reference (a show ive never watched and only know through memes lol)
