im not sure how you can shoot down 1 & 2 wds is part of server 2008 onwards and as long as you have a server is free (yes it costs time/money to learn but what dosent and its not hard) now granted if you dont have a server its a cost but in that situation you wouldnt be looking at a mac server anyway. 2 however you slice it you pay for mac os one way or another its either included in the cost like a windows laptop or given free with a mac id argue the difference is irrelevant you cant buy a mac without mac os you cant buy macos without a mac, by that logic you could argue the hardware is free and macos is just very expensive 3 sccm in some flavours (possibly all i cant remember) does come with av so you can argue you dont need a separate one 4 in the real world its hard to quantify you get a room full of idiots on macs youll get more support calls than a room full or normal people with pcs on average. my experience is macs generate less issues per device (but the ratios are so skewed i wouldnt take that as a useful stat) but when they have an issue its more time consuming/frustrating to deal with

finally on sunday got my nier automata file back to where it was this time last sunday lol. on the plus side i found a few more endings (including dying from easting a fish lol) so im now working on the trophies currently working on the upgrade all the weapons one and stage one get all the weapons 3 short atm 2 appear to be a bit of a random wait for so and so to spawn in area x the other is a quest i need to do. you can though use in game currency and buy them but i think ill leave that until i stop enjoying the game. in doing clearup though i wonder how i missed 2 of the pod weapon upgrades i must of walked past them 3 or 4 times lol. my save screen now looks like an awful scrabble hand with the lettered endings ive found

i believe they have said that what was available in beta was a subset of the game and thats why im willing to try it as part of gamepass for free but theres no way im spending £60 on it unplayed its a game that NEEDS a demo or i suspect its going to sink very quickly

it does seem to take forever to populate a caching server and a percentage bar or similar wouldnt go amiss mines been saying downloading for about 45 mins- 1 hour

there is also a gpo computer config/admin templates/system/user profiles/do not log users on with a temporary profile set that to yes and it shouldnt allow temp profiles at all

well after 8.5 hours ish thats nier automata route A complete (irc have endings a g & w listed) and started a bit of route B its amazing how quickly you can "speed run" when you know where youre going even managed to pick up a few weapons and a pod i diddnt have 1st time round so as well as rockets and a gattling gun i now have a laser but atm no cash lol

they actually usually do a decent job of drivers try searching for sccm drive packs (they also work in mdt) and more often than not i can get all the drivers in 1 download and just dump into mdt

does it support iscsi (i suspect the answer is no) as if it does you could always mount it on the server as drive e and reshare the data that way

damn you nier automata gets to ending d&e (i think) then it asks if i want to delete my save file to help other people so i think sure its not actually going to do that its just some sort of test for which ill get a trophy. Nope it full on deleted my save file(s) and reset the game bar trophies to as if id never played it. ive had similar sounding issues with dell servers. do you use iscsi for anything? after some windows updates it kept trying to reconnect with an iscsi device that no longer existed (but id forgotten to remove from the iscsi control panel) and over time the server got slower and slower requiring at one point a couple of reboots a day to keep it at a sensible speed mainly it just got slow i dont recall it needing hard power cycling but its been a while. probably not the same thing but easy to check for and rule out

i just got stuck on one with walls that damage you if you hit them took me about 30 mins 1st time i just kept catching a wall was almost a rage quit moment as the controls arnt that precise for it and ps4 controllers are not my preferred controller

i diddnt choose 9s as id had enough of the hacking from a tower died at the top then had to do again. i did notice the credits rolled the wrong way though so up the screen rather than down

can you level select close to it or do i have to do the whole cathedral bit again?. I suspect i picked the less common choice for that one but to me it made more sense

"finished" nier automata so far got endings abcgwz iirc might try for some trophies but spoilers the whole of route c and the ending is a bit of a downer and im not sure i necessarily want to go back on the plus side level select will make it easier and for a lot of the game im probably op at level 50 something

(mdt) deployment basically the user needs access to deploymentshare$ (depending on how automated your system is the boot file/deployment task may have permissions anyway) but other than access to the share they just need the ad permissions to create/edit pc accounts

with pumas its often people nicking the 1.7 lump and replacing the 1.25 in their mk4/5 taste wise yes i never saw the point of the stupid body kits if you need to modify a car that much you almost definitely bought the wrong car to start with lol
