You can look at DLP policies to forward specific messages to be approved by specific approvers. The problem with any system is the fatigue in doing it and then people just go into autopilot and allow things through without rigorously checking.

First thing I would do is run an audit on the media files, get a utility that can do last access time and check for duplicates etc and make sure everything relevant. Check that the saved media isn't falling foul of GDPR if its recorded assessments of students etc. Check the sizes of the video files, any user generated video made with the last couple of years mobile phones is probably horrendously over size. Get Shutter Encoder and re-encode the files to 1080p and a better codec where appropriate. You can save 50-90% of the video size of user created video and noone will notice. Once you have done all this you might feel like you can manage a media sharepoint site. Secondly, get the shared work out of the HoD OneDrives and onto proper sharepoint site. It has no place being there and it will bite you in the butt when one leaves.

If you use the MicrosoftTeams powershell module 7.3.1 and the New-Team command with the -Template 'EDU_Class' it works. Had a similar issue with our teams. They aren't bulk created by SDS and provisioned on demand by a Powershell script. Our script uses an old way of setting up the team and the "apps" class notebook, assignments etc weren't set with the correct permissions. We are just deploying Canva and Affinity. Canva has been set up and SSO all working fine. Launching any Affinity app we can go through the process of signing in with the Canva account and it will work but its a bit clunky. Has anyone found a way to pre-link Affinity to Canva?
