  1. Good Morning Edugeek, We've got a sizeable fleet of HP printer's that are mostly CP3525 Models. They're not too old and shortly after the pandemic ramped up a lot of them began to fail with the 59.F0 error and we've had a large chunk of them that have begun to fail again recently. We've tried to fix this by replacing components where we can, mostly the transfer belt as I know this is a contributing factor. I'm hoping for people's thoughts and advice in fixing this problem if they have come across it:o . We've been replacing the units where possible when the error occurs but due to the cost of replacement and our cartridge stores being mostly made up of cartridges for these units we are struggling to replace at the rate they are failing and don't really want to switch away from the models due to the amount of cartridges we have but open to any advice and thoughts. 2. I recommend Macally Wired Keyboards if you're looking for some cheaper and easier to maintain Mac keyboards. They're USB and work much like a normal windows keyboard. We've had a lot of Vandalism recently and Apple keyboards take a while to repair.
  3. +1 for the Jabra conference speaker. It is fantastic and is plug and play with a bluetooth dongle to connect to the PC. Just make sure it's got enough battery!

I think definitely worth playing through fully at least once. You're very close to the point where (without spoiling too much) you fight the first big boss and then I found the progression especially in terms of getting around and pace of the story picks up a lot after that. It then becomes less about mindlessly delivering packages and more about the story and about the Death Stranding itself. Granted it is a very long game and can be tedious at points but I really did enjoy it.

I think it's been mentioned here already but i've been playing Control. Managed to pick up the bundle with the DLC for a good price a while ago and have gotten around to playing it now. Visuals are stunning especially if you have a good PC and card. Really captivating story, it has you scratching your head at first ( a lot like death stranding) but everything starts coming together. Gameplay is also very good being able to use the force is always fun and the weapon you are given is great to use.
  6. Yes I've seen this too, maybe they think it goes faster in the front? Other keyboards and mice next to them were fine.
  7. An old photo from about a year ago now. But a local forest path after an overnight frost…
  8. +1 for CodeCombat. Worked really well in last school.
  9. We use osTicket. Can really recommend. Simple and easy with some good features.
  10. IT teams do their best to secure everything as they know the risks. But with most things in education it's down to training and funding and getting everyone on board. I'd assume the biggest risk to most schools is Social Engineering and Phishing emails along with out of date equipment. The wannacry NHS attack springs to mind.
  11. Fast and Furious 8 was on ITV2 yesterday, Looks like Rock beats scissors and torpedoes!
  12. Long time lurker and entered the world of IT as a Tech in a school. Have managed to solve many issues with the posts on here and I hope I can return the favour!
