Hi All We're trying to set up google workspace however we're unsure on which email address has been used to set it up, this was set up by people who have since left a few years ago with no documentation on what it is. Is there an easy way to check what email is set as the current google admin for our tenant without going to the admin portal as we're unable to sign into it Thanks

Hi All Just wondering if anyone's managed to create mandatory/roaming profiles for windows 11 successfully. When users currently log on they're stuck on preparing windows for about a minute after the gpos have gone through and when checking the profiles they're all local, has anyone had any success in either speeding up local profiles or created a mandatory/roaming profiles for students to use Many thanks

Hi All Not sure if this belongs to win 11 or SCCM forum but we have a collection of PCs with a question mark as the icon when on sccm. It's just the one batch of PCs the rest have the tick, they don't seem to be talking back properly to sccm as the software centre doesn't have any software in there and the updates don't push out. This is just one batch of PCs the rest are fine, I've tried re-installing the SCCM client back on and reimaged the machines but have the same issue. I've double checked our boundaries and they fall within this so not sure what to do Any help would be much appreciated Thanks

Hi All Just need a bit of advice, some of our pcs randomly just flash black for a second and carries on as normal, all different pcs and models so none specific, there's nothing that sets it off it's all just sporadic. Whilst it isn't a massive problem the users which it effects are getting quite annoyed as we can't get to the bottom of it. I've checked the drivers for update and windows updates and different visual cables , I've changed refresh rates too and still no luck Any help would be appreciated TIA

Hello we have an iPad which is stuck in 'lost mode.' It's now been returned to us and in Intune I've set the lost mode to disabled however, as the iPad doesn't have wifi connection it hasn't picked up on the change and is still showing as being lost. There's no apple ID associated with the device as it's managed through intune and apple sign in is disabled so am unable to stop lost mode from icloud. I've tried putting it in recovery mode and into a Mac to format it via apple config manager but have had no luck. Has anyone had this issue before and how did you manage to get round this Many thanks in advanced

Hi All, We've reimaged most of the pcs round college and some, not all PCs, they're getting the window settings up for work or school when logging in for the first time, these are PCs which are on our network through MCM. Is there a GPO to do this or a registry key that can be deleted to stop this happening for first time login Many Thanks

the teams classic was deployed with Office LTSC so installs the machine wide installer and the teams app - the new teams we just deploy the msix

Hi All Has anyone managed to remove teams classic without having to go round and uninstall manually if so how. If not, is there a way to stop it from running when logging in, we've deleted the com.squirrel.Teams registry but still manages to run at logon Thanks

we had the same issue with exam users on o365 for a work around we had to have them sign in , activate and sign out and remove internet access, this was done just once as as you can imagine was a huge pain, we ended up deploying Office LTSC instead

Hi Mate I'm not too sure myself, its a good question, we used to be able to request 10 multi user codes but this option seems to have gone, may be best to get in contact with casio they may have changed something their end

[ipad] Apple VPP Apps not syncing to intune

created a new one using the content token from ASM, we did the same last year with no troubles -
Hi All I recently updated the VPP token for apple school manager in intune as it had expired yesterday , since doing so all our apps from ASM has gone from intune and will not sync across. I have made sure our push cert is up to date and that the enrolment program token is also active, new devices sync across from ASM into intune just fine however all our apps have gone, tried running the sync manually once every half hour but to no avail, any help? T.I.A

Hi Reedstec, I was having similar issues with trying to push out o365, I had to add this to our exceptions as it was being blocked by the firewall: ^(*\.)?officecdn\.microsoft\.com\.edgesuite\.net\.?/ try adding this to your whitelist and see if the file is able to be downloaded

Hi All I managed to find the issue, to sort this I whitelisted this: ^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?officecdn\.microsoft\.com\.edgesuite\.net\.?/ hopefully this will help others needing it too Thanks

Hi All, I am currently trying to install the O365 apps to do away with Office 2019, I have tested the O365 setup install in task manager on 2 pcs, one connected to our firewall and one that just goes straight out to the internet, the pc which goes straight out installed office however the PC which was going through our firewall didnt, has anyone has this before , what IP/sites should I whitelist in order to install the o365 package Thanks in advanced

the window that pops up is the licence checker for classwiz, does the application load after the window shuts or does it just display the licence window and closes

Hi David I've recently pushed out the casio ClassWiz myself to do this, I used SCCM to do this and created a 'package' rather than a 'application' used the line : "ClassWiz Emulator Subscription for fx-570EX_991EX Ver.2.01_b.exe" /l"1033" /s /v"/qn ISX_EID=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx" Hope this helps
