For each set of users - for example y7 students, you would need a group they are all in and allow that group to be able to traverse to that folder and create folders within, we have set special permissions for : traverse folder/execute file list folder/ read data read attributes create folder/ append data PM if you need help doing this.

Well we have tried all sorts of things, but it isn't looking good for the goldfish, i think that it must be swim bladder disease. Some days he seems fine and it swimming about but others he just lays on the bottom.

I would agree but i had rebooted the machine manually and it still would load two copies.

Well it seems to be fixed now, i altered the msi in wininstall to do a reboot after install, and i created a mst to not put activfilter in HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Run. Not sure why this changed it but it did.

In task manager it shows ActivControl2.exe running as SYSTEM and a seonds running as the username i log on with, it does it for both admin and staff.

No one ever experienced anything like this, its almost as if it is running the ActivControl2.exe on per machine and per user.

Hi Downloaded the new version of activ driver from promethean world, and set it to deploy via GPO, everything deploys fine, but when i logged on the machine to test, for some reason it runs two copies of activcontrol2.exe one under the system account and one as my username. This is a newly build machine, and has AS3 on. I have checked incase there were duplicate lines in HKLM & HKCM - /Software/Microsoft/Windows/Run, but there is only the one. Has anyone had this problem before, last year the drivers used to be installed manually so this is the first time i have tried deploying. Also to include i have tried versions 4.1.8. 4.1.10 & 4.1.13 Thanks Tom

Sorry to hear about your loss, we lost our dog Jasper a year ago, he had been fine and we never noticed anything was wrong, the next day he seemed sluggish and unwell, we took him to the vets. Later in the day the vet phoned telling us that Jasper had died whilst under anaesthetic, it turned out that he was very unwell and had many tumors inside him, he never once showed it but he must of been in a lot of pain. At least he went peacefully in the end. I still miss him even now. I know its hard but if you ever need an ear, you can also send me a pm.

The fish still sits at the bottom of the tank i bought a kit to test the water. The only thing that flagged up was the nitrite's in the tank were high. So we will do partail warter changes and test the water till it goes down. Spoke to a few people at local set shop and they think the fish could be constipated prob due to over feed and just eating same food. So am trying to vary food. Hopefully this makes a difference. I deployed Adobe Reader 9 and i have had some problems with it, it deployed fine but i get a runtime error, after reading on the net it seems it has something to do with redirected profiles. Has anyone else had this problem, we are still using v7 because we had the same problem with 8 as well.

it may of been more than a week without a pump, it was replaced monday afternoon, the fish doesnt seem any different today, will do a partial water change on the weekend to see if that does any help.

It has a pump now, the old one had broken and i think it had been without for 5 days.

I have googled a bit on the net but to be honest it could be anything, and i dont know enough. I was just thinking that someone on here may know more about this and be able to help diagnose or ease my mind.

Hi My girlfriend has 2 goldfish but one of them seem unwell at the moment, does anyone have any experience with goldfish or looking after them, as i have never had them before. One fish seems fine, swimming about, feeding fine. The other hang around the bottom of the tank alot, comes up and moves around for a bit but often goes back, it also seems as if the goldfish is loosing balance and tilts to the side having to readjust. If there is anyone i could pm or speak on to msn i would appreciate the help. Thanks

I don't understand the whole wanting to looked tanned craze, we live in England, which is a cold rainy country, we don't get that much sun. So why can't people just be happy with pale skin.

Have been looking at this part, is this not some kind of VPN connection that is set up so cl.ients can connect to the server. I dont know much about VPN or how to set them up tho. I just googled "RAS Server (Dial In) Interface".

I know this is not the answer your looking for but shouldn't a server should really have a static ip set.

You can turn off the sharing. The main problem with iplayer and one problem i had today was teacher had a video and needed it, but the video had expired and they don't understand why they cannot use it no more.
