Don't worry, some of us were born in England and are still struggling with the language. ;) Welcome to EduGeek. :)

No need to apologise, your English is certainly a lot better than my Spanish! :D

Miguel, tu inglés está bien, no te preocupes. ¿De dónde vienes en Argentina? Tengo amigos en Rosario.

Hi all.

I'm Katrina and I work in Data Management for Cornwall Council dealing predominantly with pupil data in schools and our local authority. I stumbled upon this site when Google searching for some information on school mergers and academy conversions. It's handy to have somewhere else to look for information and advice when (as is often the case) I'm unable to find it on the Department For Education or MIS software suppliers websites.

Hello and welcome aboard :welcome: :)

It's handy to have somewhere else to look for information and advice when (as is often the case) I'm unable to find it on the Department For Education or MIS software suppliers websites.

At BETT a couple of years ago, I had someone walk up to me and, without any preamble, say that he couldn't see the point of EduGeek because if he needed to know anything he just went on the manufacturer's website.

Bully for him! The reason 10,000 of us have joined is because that isn't the case for most people. His loss :D
