mrbeckett Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 Hello, I'm Daniel, or more commonly known around school as Mr Beckett! I graduated from Uni just over a year ago and i've been working ever since in an all girls catholic school in Southampton as an IT Technician. We've got an RM domain for the students and a Server 2003 setup for the staff. We've recently entered the applemac world for media studies, so you'll probably find me in those forum pages looking lost and confused!

MattGreaves Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Hi all, My name is Matt Greaves and I work at Launceston College in Cornwall. Been on here for a while and many people have provided me with some great tips and solutions (many thanks!). About me I'm 23 and I have been working at Launceston College for 4 years now as an IT Technician. Part of my role includes supporting the local primary schools which is a nice challenge as obviously their needs are different from the larger schools. Qualifications - CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Certified in Windows XP and Server 2003. About the school Launceston College is a secondary school (with 6th form). We have just under 1400 students on roll and. Currently supporting about 650 machines all running CC3. All our students/staff benefit from our D-Link full site wireless network which was a self install in summer 08. Cheers all, Matt
