VFR750 here, and also love the thing! Anyone taken any advanced training? I did for a bit until the missus's work got in the way, but I'd highly recommend it; those white knucklle\wide eyed point-and-hope corners and overtakes are now done with a beaming grin in their place...

Moto Guzzi Breva 750.

Rode 250s as a kid, never took a test. Did a Direct Access last summer, worth every penny of my father's money... He said "What do you want for 50th birthday?" He only paid for the lessons & tests, the bike is my own money. :(

I'm avoiding the rain, as I did the wet & cold stuff 30 years ago, and my new lady has "views" on bikes. She was a nurse and did A&E stuff.

I ride a classic.....a Honda CB250n Superdream, my first bike as it fits my restriction nicely and solidly built. When my restriction ends I'm thinking of getting a BMW F650GS...

S'what I started on... I racked up about 40k on it in 2 years. I'm still promising myself the f650... I had a moment a couple of years ago when i could buy an f650, or buy a classic, i bought the classic as i had a working daily ride, I bought a 68 BSA B25. I wish i hadn't done, as in 3 years I've spent a grand on it and ridden it once. :(

My daily ride, a Honda Brosm is now waiting for a top end rebuild as it's blowing blue smoke!

I have a wet bum. My leathers must have a hole in them somewhere. XD

Or maybe they are not quite as waterproof as my textiles lol

I have an old Rigid frame Sportster its just about to be unwrapped its crate after bringing it back from Oz. I love riding but to be honest I do ride less and less these days. I worked for GT Motorcycles for the first 7 years of my working life. Up to about 1997 I had rode most bike available except a few Italian beauts and I think my favorite has to be the Kawasaki KH400 I know strange choice but the sound of the bike was special especially with Allspeeds.

Thought my distance was mad at 50 miles round trip, but 90....

I use a CBR600FS in North Yorkshire all year except in the snow and ice and thats deadly round here :-)

Summer and biking makes traveling fun.

Ride safe guys and girls

I recently started out my bike journey on Yamaha YBR125. Crappy weather combined with not much confidence on the roads yet means I've negelected it over the last few months :( Hoping for good weather soon to get out there again.

I remember my FS1E days could have very easily given up at that point.

Same here, the rain's putting me off as my bike is stored a mile away from home so it's just far easier to drive to work than go and pick the bike up, change into leathers and go to work. I did go into the garage the other day though for something unrelated and my poor bike looks so neglected! Come on sunshine!!!

Ride safe. If you are unsure, ask Mattx :)

You will be pleased to hear I will be off the road soon for a while - off to Germany soon and then NY for work, when I get back I'm having another op on my arm so won't be riding for at least a week. So all you folk around West London will be safe from Friday for at least 3 weeks..... ;)

I miss my '96 VFR750FT sooo much! Had that bike for 9 years before I sold it a couple of years ago. Just so sublime. Best. Bike. Ever.! :D
