hit Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 Got a really nice HP calculator from the guys at SoftCat on the HP stand, they didn't care what they were giving away from their stand. I think if I asked really nicely for the win7 tablet they might have slipped it in my bag!(wishes)

OCR were giving them away quite literally by the fistful when she went there at 3pm on Saturday, as they said they didn't want to have to pack them away and take them back to the office - she got nearly 30 from them alone! She got all the best freebies (either she just has more charm/swag/shameless pilfering than me, or teachers get more stuff than techies). She got a fold-up frisbee from somewhere and a geometry set from Casio. I quite like the staple-less staplers from Casio (got some from another company last year too).

rich_tech Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 I managed to win a shirt from one company there (name escapes me because I havent got it here) which on getting it home not a 12 collar shirt but was in fact a size 12 blouse lol no end of notepads and a measley 21 pens here, assorted lanyards and bags, given the fun stuff like the frisbees to my nephew.
