so what football team do you support?

i dont like football the whole idea of watching other people getting exercise/men running round getting sweaty seems silly

 

plus the whole 'us' and 'we' thing 'we signed X on friday!' did you sorry thought the manager did that wernt you in bed at the time........

YEP strange to see someone support a team where there from aint it !!! not the usual glory hunter you see :)

(live in london and have done all my life but im a man u fan lol = ( NOT A REAL FOOTBALL FAN LOL)

Glasgow Celtic.. First UK team ever to win the european cup (aka champions league)

 

Not doing to well, lost the last 2 seasons and are now 3 points behind the rangers after the defeat at the weekend..

 

Get all of the games live out here, which is great, but gonna suck come this weekend and your clocks change - a 3pm kickoff goes from being midninght to being 2am.. not good especially for the Sunday kick offs..

And I'm always amazed that non-football lovers come onto a thread about football, just to say they don't like it.....

 

What's that all about? ;)

 

Why not just ignore the thread? It'll go away soon, and be replaced with a discussion on something that you CAN get involved with!!!

Lifelong United fan, born and bred in Manchester. Come from a red family, been going to see them since I was 5 :) the other Technician here is the same so we are a completely red office :D

Portsmouth - born and bred and supporting my local team. Had a season ticket for 11 years now, been going for 15 years - half of my life! Just glad to have a team to support at the moment!

By birth I am a Tranmere Rovers fan, but follow also a big Liverpool fan ... AND a Toffee too. It used to be brilliant to go to the Friday night home game at Tranmere and then be able to get to whoever was home out of the reds or blues.

 

Also a Saints fan by proxy ... usually getting to more of their matches than any other recently.

 

We both love football in general but there are two teams who we support *anyone* who plays against them ... Man U and Pompey. Sorry folks ... I would rather see a Latvian 3 tier team beat you ...

Can recall getting out of school early one Friday to take an away trip to Tranmere many moons ago. Was bucketing down with water, the supporters bus took a wrong turn so we missed the kick off, and it was pay on the gate and I think in the end it was reported that 7,000 Sunderland fans were packed into a 5,000 capacity stand (and it certainly felt like it too!). Didn't help either that the first 5 or so rows of the stand were literally flooded and therefore couldn't be used.

 

One of the police horses stood on my cousins feet that night, so the police let him, me, and my brother in for nothing - dad still had to pay though!

away games are always the best i watch stoke loads as my dad has a box there but i also go and watch leeds united alot as i live near leeds and my partner supports them and i just love going to football games :) my last away game was when leeds beat man u 1-0 might actually have been the best game i ever been and watched haha :)

New England Patriots, although I've got Dolphins and Redskins t-shirts at home somewhere too :D saw the Pats play the Bucs last October at Wembley, it's quite a spectacle :D
